I contacted Kingwood Air Solutions seeking a second opinion for AC repair or replace options. I received a complete evaluation and explanation of options from the technician (Taylor) along with very competitive quotes. Great experience so far.

Mikey was the nicest service technician I’ve ever dealt with. Respectful, knowledgeable and quickly identified the issues. Although our AC problems were more extensive than anticipated I’m confident Mikey will be able to return and make sure our house is cool again!

Service the same day less than 2 hours after calling! Tech. Taylor was very knowledgeable, personable and honest. Price was great ! Can't beat that! I've called them before , same results! Will continue to call when needed and continue to recommend .

Outstanding ac tech. Showed up right on time. Explained everything in detail that he was going to do from start to finish. Was thorough with everything. I contacted the office and spoke to Brandy, she was polite and helpful in all our exchanges and the estimate (and ultimate charge) was reasonable. We setup an appt and was contacted within the window provided. The technicians were polite, friendly and went straight to work. A supervisor arrived someone later to take payment and check on progress.
My husband saw the technicians out and everything was working as expected. Only miss here was that they left trash/old pieces and a few items were discarded in the non floored section of our attic near where they were working. A bit disappointing to see that. If they could not haul away in their truck, we would have gladly placed in our trash can.

Taylor arrived on time and quickly troubleshot our AC problem. The part was identified and Taylor had a replacement in his vehicle. Once the bad capacitor was replaced Taylor did not leave, he verified the unit ran and checked the coolant levels and compression. 10/10 I would HIGHLY recommend their services!
