One thing I thought was very cool about this company was that the owner called me after he was aware of an issue that occurred after work was done and was very understanding and helpful in getting this issue resolved. He assured me of the work that was done and is making plans to send someone back out to our house to look into our issue. I have to say, little things like that go a long way and I greatly appreciate what he did and is doing to help resolve this issue (that right there bumped them up some stars).

The technician came back out and looked at what the issue was and also looked at other things for us. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the owner (Brian) who really seems to care about making his customers happy. I would highly recommend them for A/C service.

Worked with a tech named Chris who not only fixed my issue but also helped explain why things where not properly heating up. He recommended me new equipment but because he had explained EXACTLY why it was preferable it did not feel like an upsell. In fact he suggested I try out what I got for the next few days before I made a decision on upgrades. The whole thing went extremely smooth.
