Our system was original to the house and required a complete change out. Cody came to the house and was very personal and professional. He took the time to talk to me about questions that I had. The day of installation went as smooth as it could go. Everyone showed up on time, the replaced both systems in our attic and outside in less than 5 hours. Before he left Matt helped me set up the thermostats so we can control the temperature with our phone. These guys are the real deal and use Trane parts. Highly recommended.

We recently hired On The Spot Air Conditioning & Heating to replace our entire heating and air system. I shopped 11 companies and couldn't believe the price differences for the exact same products. Cody showed up on time and performed a thorough analysis of my current HVAC system. He did a great job of walking me through the technical aspects of how the new Trane system would work to improve the noise and uneven airflow issues with my current system. Cody provided a super competitive price on exactly what I requested. We read all the customer reviews and made sure this was a reputable company before deciding to move forward. We were pleased with the great communication on scheduling the install. Day of install, Matt and crew showed up right on time, were polite, and respectful of covid precautions. They took care to prep so not to dirty or damage my house. The crew clearly has installs down to a science given how quick and efficient they worked together. A half day and it was done. Matt masterfully walked me through the system and tech on the new thermostats. Next day, Cody followed up to make sure everything went well and we were happy with the install. Overall, we are extremely happy with choosing On The Spot Air Conditioning & Heating and would highly recommend their services. So far, we are loving our new HVAC system and amazed at how quite it is.

Great experience to replace 2 hvac units. JP was very responsive and upfront about service and price. Crew arrived on time got both units removed n installed in about 5 hours. Matt went over the work and setup the new smart thermostat. Great job overall. Definitely have my recommendation.

On the coldest weekend of the year we moved into our new home and desperately needed a new ac/heating system ASAP! These guys came out to quote us same day we moved in, and were back the very next day to do the full install. Only a few hours later and my house is getting nice and toasty! I’m so thankful they could come out so quickly and go it done so fast! Highly recommend! I will say it did cost a pretty penny 😅❄️ But worth it!!

My system went out in August. After price shopping with several other companies On The Spot HVAC had the absolute best price. They showed up at 8:30am and were completely finished by noon. It was not 1 or 2 guys doing an installation but an entire crew. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing they were. I am extremely happy and grateful for everything they did. I highly recommend On The Spot HVAC. Their crew came out today and installed a new Trane AC unit in my house in Plano and I couldn't be happier. They did an awesome job and were all very nice and professional. They showed up on time, crews were very professional and clean in their work. They're very detail oriented and took great care of us. We're very pleased with the results! We really appreciate Cody, Matt, and his team for their prompt response and turnaround time to install a new unit after the old system went kaput.
