Seriously, I don't know where to begin. Cody and his team are absolutely amazing! I reached out to him on a Wednesday, he came to my home for an assessment on Thursday and my HVAC system was installed on Friday. Even though I have a home warranty, his price was still more competitive than theirs. The team was very friendly and after the installation was done, their clean-up of my garage looked better than ever! If you're looking for a professional who cares about his work, Cody is your guy!

My furnace had gone out over a week ago while waiting for a part I decided to get prices to replace my heat/AC system. I started getting pricing. I researched brands, reviews and prices. I spoke to several companies and prices varied as did the information they gave me. Cody called me right away. He had a very competitive price but more than that he did everything he said he was going to do. Cody was very knowledgeable and professional. Every question I asked I either got an answer right away or was called back with the answer very quickly. I decided to go with On the Spot HVAC and was lucky to get my units installed right away. I was able to get both my upstairs and downstairs units completely installed in one day. They removed and installed new duct work in the upstairs attic and completely installed two systems two days after my initial call. By the way the part for my furnace still hasn't come in. I would highly recommend Cody at On the spot HVAC. They also work with Oncor and the incentive program which was a bonus for us.

The installation team was very professional, courteous and arrived on time. The work was conducted quickly, the team took care of proper installation and clean up after the job was finished. After installation, Cody went over the new features of the units and assisted us with downloading and setting up the app to control the units remotely. Cody was onsite for much of the day while the crews were here installing.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. JD walked us through all of the options and took the time to understand our needs/budget by asking questions. He didn’t push us to buy and simply walked us through the facts and his recommendations. We ended up deciding to go with On The Spot at 1 in the afternoon. Within a few hours, a team arrived and did the entire removal of our old system, installed the new HVAC system, installed a new return vent, and moved our thermostat to a more efficient location - all in 2 1/2 hours. Cody was great to work with. He was honest and very good on pricing for high quality Trane units. And his install team did a super job. Their follow up to handle minor issues was same day. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Cody and his guys were fantastic! I'm selling our home and we are about to get an offer within 24 hours so I wanted to make sure our system was running well and would not have issues during inspection. They came out within 24 hours! I was referred by a friend to contact Cody. He was very thorough and tried every way possible to fix my furnace first instead of just trying to sell me on replacing it like other HVAC companies did. Every time I reached out, he quickly got back to me. His team replace my furnace in the attic, not an easy task, but they were in and out within the time frame time as promised. I think that Cody and his team did a great job on installing our new 3 1/2 ton Trane AC / heating system. After getting several quotes he gave me the best deal in getting a new system including all new air ducts at a reasonable price. Cody and his team were right on time. They were due to show up at 8 in the morning and by noon they were already finished. The only thing that I really didn't like much is that in my hallway I got a couple of small cracks where maybe someone stepped wrong in the Attic. They did repair this but the repair was not very neat. They just basically put some kind of caulking to hide the crack. This was very minor compared to the great service we were given. I do have to say overall for the money the system they gave me along with the new Nest thermostat which I love has so far been excellent. Because I don't have a lot of money they made something that was very stressful to me a lot less painful. Cody and his team were on point. In other words no grass grew into their feet. They were up and running and did a clean neat job! If I ever needed anything as far as AC or heating I wouldn't hesitate to call Cody and his team. I am very pleased.

I had an entire AC and furnace system put in by On The Spot. I was surprised how many people showed up to do the job. Their team was professional and quick. I know a bit about what the installation should look like and it looks very good. Mastic was used on all connections. The duct work is organized unlike some jobs that I have seen. The compressor outside is level.

Bonus: I had my retired AC neighbor come over and ask questions when the bid was being done. He thought that the On The Spot sales manager checked off all the boxes. I very much trust my neighbor as he always talks about “best practices”.
