No one truly likes spending thousands on their heating and air! But when our 18 year old system failed again, with an estimated 1800$ repair quote from another vendor, we decided it was time to bite the bullet and replace all three heating and air systems! They showed up on time (early). The crew worked well as a team! Everyone (team of about 9 guys) knew their role. They were efficient and did the entire job in about 6 hours! They cleaned up before they left! Protected the carpet and vacuumed up any mess! I strongly recommend them

Cody and his team of installers were courteous and professionals. They arrived on time and worked digilently installing my new ac and furnace system. Kudos to his installers Octavio, Carlos, Misael, and Adrian did an awesome job!

We bought a new Trane XR17 HVAC system from OnTheSpot, and we were pleased with the price. It is not the highest SEER system, but it seems like a sweet spot -- initial price versus operating costs. They also installed a new thermostat and additional air return duct for better system efficiency. Cody was very responsive in answering my questions. His team actually arrived a few minutes early. They were very efficient and they were careful with our furnishings. Afterward, the project manager and I went went into that attic and he explained everything. He also showed me how to operate the wifi-enabled thermostat. I can't speak to the quality of the system yet. That said, Trane has a good reputation, and I am hopeful that my electricity bills will reflect the value of the upgrade. We highly recommend On The Spot.

This is my first google review because I have to share my experience. One of my air conditioners died and tripped my fuse box. The first company that came out gave me a ridiculous quote to replace parts of the air conditioner and an even more ridiculous price to replace the whole unit. After two more ridiculous “ball park” replacement quotes there was Cody. He gave me an exact amount, the pricing beat all three “ball park” quotes by far. BY FAR!! I confirmed with him at 5 p.m, his crew was out first thing the very next morning. His crew was professional and fast, changed my unit inside and out and the exact price he quoted is what I paid, including a nest. Which he personally came to set up and put online. If you do not want to be taken advantage of and excellent service is what you are looking for, look no further.

Initially had another AC company who we used previously. Other company did said the existing system was 14 SEER but it was 12. Other company said they only had single stage 16 SEER replacement but then quoted 14 SEER! On The Spot came in, knew the history that this same condenser coil had been replaced before. Downstairs unit coil had never been replaced in 16 years! Found that system did not have sufficient air flow. Installed a new dual stage 17 SEER entire system in 5 hours! I would definitely recommend this company and will use them next time!

Aaron got here first thing in the morning and made repairs. He also let us know what we need moving forward.

Anthony and the rest of the installers were professional, courteous, and very friendly. Cristina, emailed me right away, after the install, and registered me for my warranty.
