On The Spot was excellent and I highly recommend them for any AC/heating needs. We needed our AC ducts and vents cleaned after the February storms and they were responsive, flexible and did the job quickly and under budget. They showed up on-time and did an amazing job cleaning the vents, they even went above and beyond what we agreed to by purchasing and replacing our filters. Definitely recommend and will use them again!

Cody, Matt and their team installed two AC systems in my home recently. They showed up on time and completed the work in about 5 hours. Cody and Matt checked out the systems to make sure everything was working and explained all of the features thoroughly during our walk-through after installation.

The whole experience from beginning to end was great. JP, Matt and the installation crew were timely and professional. They answered all my questions (which was a lot)and addressed any concerns that we had. The installation crew were friendly and did an awesome job of getting the job done in about 3 hours. They all had on their PPE when they arrived, they put down drop cloths everywhere they were working and cleaned up after they were done. The overall value of equipment and experience was great! Great experience at every step. Began with estimate: straightforward pricing and no rush or pressure. JP spent extra time with us to answer all our questions about the prices, products, services and financing. Cody, Ryan, and crew arrived on time and finished within their estimated duration.

I was worried about the esthetics of the two additional return vents, but to my delight they are barely noticeable. Cody walked me through thermostat registration and was more than happy to answer all my questions. The team even made my 3 year old son, who can be quite shy, feel comfortable.

I was without heat, my house was 59 degrees, they showed up when they said, they were fast, efficient, explained what they fixed and did not charge me for what did not need fixed like a lot of HVAC Companies. They were friendly, and easy to deal with. Extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing services with regards to home heating and cooling! The whole experience from getting the estimate to the completion of installing my new Heat/Air Unit was impressive, professional, and efficient. They even cleaned and vacuumed after they finished and took great care to cover my furnishings when they cleaned all the vents throughout the house. My husband and I were very impressed with Cody’s expertise, thoroughness and his and his crew’s professionalism. We recently renovated a home and needed our HVAC system cleaned and a new return air duct installed. Great work was done and we immediately noticed an improvement to our older system.
