Josh was absolutely wonderful! He came to our house at night and he was very, very nice and honest! Josh also did an excellent job fixing our unit!

The AC service tech arrived early and quickly diagnosed the system issue. The tech (Colin) was friendly and efficient and was able to clearly explain the problem. The actual repair is pending due to parts and scheduling.

(this was edited on the same day of the original post ((02/04/2022)) to omit the lack of professionalism of this companies technicians. This was due to the excellent service and professionalism of the two technicians that visited us for our service call earlier today)

Horrible customer service. Left us freezing in our home during a winter storm.
We reported an issue with our unit making a loud repetitive banging noise whenever the fan kicks on. Took videos of it, was there when the technician witnessed it himself. His response "I don't think that's an issue".
We paid for that technician to come out and do nothing when there is an obvious problem.
We called the office and retorted that the issue wasn't resolved. They said they could send someone else out but there would be yet another charge for them to come out even though they never did anything the first time.
One technician came out and looked at this same issue multiple times and was unable to resolve the issue. This particular technician made the comment above of "I don't think that's an issue" prior to leaving several months ago.
Fast forward to today (Friday Feb 4th 2022, currently a winter storm here in Texas): our outside unit died in the middle of the night after the same loud banging noise followed by what sounded like a loud release of air over about a 45 second duration.
They are having someone come out sometime today. Originally our appointment was scheduled for 10 am - noon it we were told we wouldn't be charged for the visit. They called back to let us know it will be sometime between noon - 2 and they would be charging yet another service fee for the visit. Their excuse this time "because of the weather".
I wish there was a way we could hold this company accountable.
If anyone knows of any additional actions we're able to take outside of this review to warn other people against using this company, please let me know.

I had been an Air Comfort customer for 20 years.
I was very disappointed to hear the business had been sold. Every aspect of the business was extraordinary beginning with the folks answering phones to the courtesy & expertise of the technicians, to the responsiveness when maintenance was needed, to the discount for valued/long term customers. In 20 years not 1 negative experience.
I had complete trust in the company.

We signed up for a ‘maintenance’ provider pkg. with a completely new company after Air Comfort was sold. As we discovered we still had warranty coverage, we elected to try to work with y’all.
Quite honestly, when I learned Colin was still an
employee I was so relieved! We have known & trusted him with care of our system since day1.
That was the deal maker!

All companies in transition have adjustments to make. I understand this. I congratulate you on acquiring a stellar company with an exemplary technician. I look forward to a working relationship with your business.

Every person I cam into contact with from Julia to Jason to Antonio for installation were polite, professional, informative. They did the work when they said they would and took less time than quoted. I love my new system and the best part is the full warranty including service for 10 years. From my research its a fair price, not the lowest, but they are trustworthy providers that stand behind their work. In the end that was more important to me.

One of the best contractors I've ever dealt with.

Took time to give me a detailed outline of the work to be performed, explain the pricing, and there were no surprises at the end.

Install crew worked very quickly, showed up when they said they would, and didn't leave a trace behind, even though they added three returns. I expected to have to clean up some sheet rock residue, and that wouldn't have bothered me, but they literally left no mess.

They sent a manager out a few days after install to inspect the job, and finished up a few minor things. When the system was running louder than expected, they came out multiple times to get it right and ended up installing an additional return for the bigger unit at no extra cost.

Very prompt in communicating if they were going to be running late, but that only happened once. Two times they showed up at the beginning of the window they gave (after calling in advance), and two other times they called to see if they could show up early.

Great experience, highly recommended. Family-owned company, and the owner cares about the job his team does. Great experience with owner, manager, supervisor, and install team. Give them a chance to earn your business because.

Roland represents All Service which is, in our experience, a totally professional HVAC company. He proposed the right solution for our needs. Roland personally managed the job from start to completion, which was performed precisely per the agreed schedule. He and his crews took care to ensure that any and every detail was handled properly to our satisfaction with professional competence. Financially speaking, we experienced nothing but the best standard in business ethics from Roland; he was honest and there was no haggling, upselling, gimmicks or gotchas. Today Jason came for an emergency call. Our unit had shutdown during a very hot and humid weekend. Jason is a very polite and professional technician and fixed the issue that caused the shutdown quickly and so restoring my system. My home is livable again. Thank you for a job well done! All Service is as usual up to its reputation to have only excellent employees!!!

All Service Heating and Air came out after hours and check my unit and explained to me that I really need some insulation and to seal the compartments up. They gave me a price I said do it. I have a 60 year old home with a short attic. Joplin has been serving this ac forever years left the air filters and trash didn't seal the unit up properly in the attic. SHAME SHAME I will always use All Service Heating And Air going forward. Your cheating yourself if you use someone else!!
