However, the management and the impossibility of getting a hold of them and getting things done has been IMPOSSIBLE. We were charged for a service we decided to NOT have done and we have had to call every. Day. For the past 3 weeks to attempt to get a refund close to $1,000. We’ve been told that it’s “high priority” and that the problem has been escalated to management. However, “they are in the field and can be busy and difficult to reach.”
This is incredibly frustrating from the customer end to have to be so persistent in receiving a refund for a service that was never done. The fact that I’ve called 10+ times to check on the “status of my refund” and nobody seems to have an answer makes me really upset!
I am NEVER one to write reviews. However, I’m hoping maybe this reaches someone with all service to maybe get their attention and recognize this is not okay and a problem.
This company was referred to us by my parents who have used them for decades. They’ve done repair work on our old unit and we gladly used them when it was time to do a complete replacement of our cooling/heating system. Very reliable, honest and easy to communicate with. Will definitely recommend them to friends, family and neighbors. Thank you, All-Service Heating & Air!
A great experience from my end. Very good communications during my whole process. When appointment day came, the install team was on time to the direct time they mentioned arriving and went straight to work. Focused and detail oriented. Explained new items to me and walked me through complete install. Would highly recommend from my experience.
Tim was excellent. He explained the problem we had with our unit and repaired it quickly. He also provided solutions to the same issue we might have in the future with our other two units. He was knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company and this technician. Tim did an excellent job and we are extremely pleased.
We had air scrubbers installed in our units. Tim called to confirm which type we wanted, let me know he was picking it up from the warehouse and gave me an ETA. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and clean. Without me asking, he gave multiple quotes for the additional work I asked about, based on the various options. He also didn’t mind explaining the terms he was using which aren’t ones I use daily. He took the time to hear me out on concerns we have had with past companies and explained what All Serve would do differently.
We definitely recommend this company. They were not the first company we approached. After prayerful consideration, we were led to get another quote. Based on our research through online reviews, we knew we wanted a Trane, and we found All Service listed on the Trane website.
The entire process went smoothly and easier than expected due to their knowledge, experience, expertise, and attitude. I followed Josh McGill as he walked around the home to survey the project. I could see that he was concerned about HOW the techs would install the system, i.e., he was not just going to sell me something and let the techs get stuck dealing with something that he could have prepared for based on what he learned during the survey.
The installation team consisted of Ishmael, Oscar, and Noe. Each person seemed to know exactly what they needed to do, as a team, and they very methodically planned out and executed the install. It took 3.5 – 4 hours total. They remained organized, even in the dismantling of the system they were replacing. They did not string out all their tools and materials but kept a very tidy shop throughout the process. They respected me and my home and kept me informed.
Colby was involved in the scheduling and dispatch process, and he also helped when I had a question about the city permit and the inspection. Serena was important to our communications, and Kristy made sure our financing went through properly.
Colin has been my tech for 20 years and has always provided excellent service and recommendations. He wants my units to last as long as possible and his regular maintenance assures me that they will enjoy long lives! I have recommended All Service Heating & Air to friends which is the ultimate compliment.
