All Service Heating & Air

Josh and coworker (sorry I didn’t catch his name) from All Service Heating and Air, arrived shortly after 10:00, which was a great surprise, as the window was from 10-12. 🙂
Upon entering my home, they immediately put the shoe covers on, thank you for that!!! 🙂
They asked if I had any areas of concern so they could address them. Thankfully, I didn’t.

They inspected the unit in the attic thoroughly.
Then while Josh inspected my outside unit, his coworker asked if I had a spare air filter, and graciously changed the air filter for me.
I intended to do so, but hadn’t brought in my 10’ ladder from the garage yet, as it’s heavy and difficult to bring in...
Fortunately he was very tall and only needed my
step ladder to replace filter in the ceiling. 😃

They were both very kind, professional, prompt, and left with all of my questions answered.

Very satisfied with the installation of my new A/C as well as the subsequent Preventive Service follow-ups. The value on the initial purchase was good, the installation quality was great, and all representatives of the company have been professional and easy to deal with. Although no one ever wants to have to buy a new A/C unit, All-Service made the experience as good as possible for me.

All Service is outstanding! It was time for an inspection of my heating system. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. Josh and Taylor arrived right on time. They got right to work inspecting the unit. I asked them if they could adjust where some duct work was blocking a small storage area in the attic and they gladly did so. They were both very courteous and professional.

We recently used All Service Heating and Air to install new service at our house. I ask three companies (all referred by friends) to submit proposals for the same equipment ...Trane 18 Seer, Variable Speed. All Service, Josh, did a more thorough pre-inspection than the other 2. The proposal was for a 5 Ton, 3 Ton Zoned, and a 3 Ton, with air purifiers. The All Service bid was substantially less than the other two and included replacing a fair amount of duct work that had been poorly engineered previously plus cleaning all the ducts (which the others did not include). They scheduled the installation quickly, showed up on time and completed the job on time. The technicians were very courteous and professional. It was a big job done right. We are very pleased with how quiet and efficient the new units are. We would not hesitate to use All Service again and to recommend them to friends

I had their service tech Patrick out to our home today for our bi-annual service review. We have four different systems and he thoroughly checked everyone of them plus he had statistics that he shared with us that show how they were performing. Very impressed with the statistics. I would highly recommend Patrick and All Service Heating and Air

We had an emergency where our main AC unit stopped working. When we called, All Service Heating and Air told us that all the techs were booked-up the following day, but you know what they did? The owner of the company personally came to our house and fixed the AC! Not only did he quickly fix the problem (blown capacitor), but also did a thorough inspection and gave us information about maintenance we may want to do in the future. I feel that they were fast, honest, and truly cared about me as a customer. 5-stars!

John, from All Service, has been serving our heating/ac since they installed it about two years ago. They have always been on-time,
professional, dependable, and extremely helpful. I definitely made
the right decision in selecting them when we had to have a new
unit. When their crew came to install our new unit, I was surprised
at how fast it was done. They always clean-up and carefully check
that everything is done properly and see if I have any other concerns,
which I greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend them for any heating and a/c needs that you might have.

I would recommend All Service for sure! They are so dependable get the job done in a timely manner. Austin was the first one who came out and was so thorough about checking everything. He was a very nice young man and explained everything to me. I'm glad I made the change and went with All Service Heating and Air!

Brandon was on time for the appointment to service our heater on one of our coldest days and he and had us warm in no time! He was very knowledgeable and able to explain the problem and options for repair that met our budget. If you have any heating or air conditioning needs I highly recommended All Service and make sure you ask for Brandon!

We are a new customer of All Service!!! Our old Carrier unit, just went out on a summer weekend:(. I was quick to call many companies and just seeing who would be first to respond, or provide the best experience including our current AC company.

Of all the companies only All Service even called me back, they had a technician (Austin) come out on a Sat, and have everything quoted, agreed and setup to install in 2 days!!! None of the others even called me back! Doing my due diligence I still called a few others myself, and got quotes from some, they were more expensive and couldn’t come out for around 4-5 days.

The install was great, the crew was awesome. They came out a couple days later to check everything and it was perfect.

This tough situation, could not have worked out any better and will gladly sing the praises of this company over the others in Plano, TX.
