I have been a customer for several years. They just retired & replaced my older HVAC systems. This visit i also replaced my original duct work for both sides of my house. I prefer working with family owned, well respected companies and All Service is one. Colin is great on my routine maintenance and this install fell to both Juan & Jose who were very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Job well done..Highly recommend for your HVAC needs. We have been a customers since 2012 when this company installed our unit. They have serviced our unit every year. This year our AC went out on 6/28/2022. They came out and replaced a part for $400+. On 8/28 our AC went out again. We called and they made an appointment for 8/29. We changed the filter and reset the system and told them it was working but we wanted to get it checked because they were just here and it shouldn't be going out that fast. They came and said all good. They made my husband pay $80 to check it out. He was at our house for under 10 minutes. This is unacceptatble. They were JUST here less than 2 months ago.
I spoke with Colby. He was rude, raised his voice and had zero problem with losing a long term customer over $80. We have 3 properties in the area. We will no longer use this company.
Response to owner: I did not yell at anyone. As the owner of the company...I urge you to go and listen to your tapes as proof of that. Colby was the only person on that call that raised his voice. Not allowing someone to talk over me is NOT the same as yelling. He offered us a $10 discount. We have spent over $15K with your business (on this one property alone). Expecting a company to back up their work when they have to come out for a second repair with in 2 months is not unreasonable.
Our filter is changed out monthly. It was changed on 8/28 and your company was told that BEFORE anyone came out to look at our AC. At no point did anyone tell us that you were going to charge us $80 to come out and follow up when you just charged us over $400 for a repair.
I urge future customers to simply look at your response and lack of professionalism and make a decision for themselves. Again...I have 3 properties that your company has installed units and serviced for 11 years. I hope that $80 is was worth the loss of a long term customer. And if you have ANY business sense at all...do not allow Colby to have contact with customers.
