All Service Heating & Air

This was my first experience with all “All Service Heating & Air”. Rebecca in the office responded to me quickly. Tim did a great job analyzing the problem. The price for weekend service was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Tim from All Service was awesome! He identified our problem quickly and explained it in a way we understood. He already schedule a time for him to come back with needed parts and will also perform maintenance on our unit to get us ready for this awful heat! We are very happy with his service.

All Service Heating & Air is a great local and reputable service. Our technician Josh has been servicing our unit for several years. He recently came out to perform some maintenance as the unit was struggling to cool during he hot Texas summer. Josh was professional, timely and courteous and took time to explain the issue and things I can do to keep the system running efficiently. I would highly recommend them if you are in the Plano and surrounding areas. Thank you again for a great customer experience!

I contacted All Service because I had just moved in to a new place and was having terrible allergies, and had a feeling our HVAC was the cause of it. I don’t have any knowledge in that area and was lost when it came to filter replacement or any of that equipment. Tim came out on a service call and and showed me my unit, taught me the different components, and showed me the overall health of the equipment. Not only that, but he also cleaned my filters for me at no cost, and even helped move some large packages into my house! He went above and beyond, and I will absolutely be using All Service for any future HVAC needs.

If I could changed 1 thing 🤔 about my services Tech. I would not over all 5 🌟 stars ✨️ services ✨️ nice guy

They are absolutely most professional, caring and attentive people to work with. My need was severe nd would have continued to be unknown without this team. I requested a service and with pictures plus understandable explanation it was made clear we needed duct replacement right away. My home is healthy now, the air is clean and air flow is consistent throughout all rooms. We are beyond pleased with the level of services we receive.

Tim from All Service was on time and very personable. He performed a maintenance check of my system and found a couple of issues. He had another suggestion for a future enhancement to the system. He had the parts that needed replacement and the task was completed promptly. I am very happy with his service.

Highly recommend them for AC help! The person on the phone was very pleasant and helped me get an appointment convenient for me and they send follow up texts and emails before your appointment. The tech was very friendly and helped me understand the problem and explained what he was going to do before doing it. Easy payment with a credit card also makes it easier than finding a check book. Cant say enough good things about them, will use again!

They called stating a technician would arrive between 4 p - 6 pm, however no one showed up. I called them twice only to not receive any information. I asked for a supervisor only to be told that she doesn't have a manager. She left me on hold for over 5 minutes never coming back to the phone while we are sitting in a house that's 86 degrees with the temperature being 101 outside. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
That's where communication comes in. I have cancer and a kid with epilepsy waiting in the heat when I could have been in AV a phone call would be great customer service. Even his reply was rude.
