I can’t say enough about this company. Such and amazing group of people and such a wonderful business. The entire staff at All Service is very helpful, very knowledgeable and their honesty is astounding. I am not one to review too many places unless they leave an impression on me, good or bad.
Brandon is our service technician and has been for the past year or so. He is such a polite and respectful gentleman. The way he explains everything to you and the customer service he provides is fantastic. It’s so hard to find honesty and trustworthy people today, but you will have all of that and more with All Service.
Josh, who is the owner, is so sweet. He personally came out and checked on the new system after we installed and helped us with the new thermostat. Such a wonderful man.
Kristy has been very helpful as well. She has always been very attentive when I have had to call and schedule or had any questions that I was not sure about. She is always so bright and bubbly on the phone.
This entire experience has been such a blessing with a company as amazing as All Service. When they say “Family Owned and Operated”, I believe it. They really treat you like family.

When most other companies were busy after a recent hot day, ASH&A was able to send someone out right away. The tech was courteous and fixed the problem.
The only issue was one of those "want me to take care of it for you?" situations, a quick capacitor swap that anyone with $25 and YouTube could do themselves, that ended up costing $320. That being said, they came out in an emergency, and it takes experience to diagnose the capacitor problem in the first place, so that makes things more justifiable. Just wish companies would quote how much the work will cost EVERY SINGLE TIME before offering "to take care of it for you". Surprising your customer like that at the end can't be good practice. I learned my lesson now to always ask how much it is going to be.
Giving 1 star. As you can tell from the owner's response, listening/communication is not their strong suit.
Trust this group to give you an honest assessment. They were quick to schedule me when I called and extremely professional during my service call. I loved the way they took the time to explain my options. This was a second opinion and they saved me from system replacement.
Tim & Derek came out and found a leak that several had missed for the last year. They were both amazing to work with, and I felt 100% confident that they knew what they were talking about. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much to everyone at All Service!
The office staff is friendly and remembers me when I call. The technician calls and texts before arriving on time. Jason is friendly and professional and gets the job done even if it is just for routine maintenance. Jason made suggestions for a future HVAC enhancement which was useful information and appreciated. You just can't ask for better than that! I have used them for years and will continue to do so.
Just after Josh texted me he had arrived, I explained to him that horrible traffic conditions were preventing me from getting back right away, and I needed to reschedule.
Josh texted back he would wait, then after 30 min he said he wouldn’t reschedule because I wasted an hour of his time waiting for me.
That was his choice to wait. I apologized, and I can understand his point of view…but the next time he makes a decision to wait, he should take responsibility for that and not tell off his customers.
The All Service Heating and Air technician named John showed up as scheduled to diagnose my A/C problem. He determined the problem was the blower motor and told me someone would call me the next day with the costs involved with replacement. No one called me by noon so I called them back and someone from a remote location told me she would pass the message to them.5 hours later I called back, talked to the same remote location person and got the same answer. Luckily for me I called another heating and A/C company who sent someone out, diagnosed the problem located the part and gave me a price on the spot.
