Christian, Michael and Jacob delivered some of the highest customer service. Something that's very hard to find these days. They went out of their way to fight for warranty coverage, picking up parts, and dealing with Carrier's(a/c system manufacturer) lack of quality control and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them for any and all HVAC problems.

Had an AC unit go down at work. One AC company said they couldn’t come out till Friday. I called legacy and Jon and Christian were there in 25 minutes!! They diagnosed the problems, got the unit running and went and got a new board. Christian and Jacob came back out in the morning and replaced the board. Highly professional and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend. I will use them a lot.

Great service. Jon made sure we were satisfied with his work, he is knowledgeable and cares about your system. I will go to legacy again for our HVAC maintenance and repairs and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent experience with these guys. They trouble shot the issue and were able to fix it in a couple hours. Mike, John, Jacob, and Christian (as well as the dispatcher that answered the main line) were all very professional and polite in speaking with me and getting the work done. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about this business. We moved into the Magnolia area a little over a year ago and Legacy Mechanical has been helping us take care of our HVAC system ever since. They were here on day two of our move in to clean out the dryer vents and we've called them back several times to work on our AC/heat since then. Jon is the best...! He easily repaird our central air duct issue, and went the extra mile to rehang our flex duct from sitting on the ground. It is just past 10 p.m. and I am writing this just as christian and jacob drive out of my street. Their commitment to service is second to none. It was apparent from the moment we shook hands that, before they had even gotten out of the van, they had decided they would not leave my home in any condition less than ideal. This business and the people that work for it highlight the values found in small locally owned businesses. Integrity, honor, commitment to provide quick and efficient service are all things that are attributes they hold in high regard and it is apparent in the way they carry themselves.
