Reids AC & Heat

Hi. I contacted Reids AC Company and they were able to make a appt within a couple hours. Tech Chris arrived, diagnosed my ac issue and quickly repaired it. Chris heard my concerns and was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. I recommend Reids AC for everyone.

Reids was responsive, came out next day, and Greg was right on time. He explained the issue, did his due diligence and checked multiple possible causes for the problem, and in the end, fixed the unit by adding refrigerant.

Greg was the technician who serviced the unit. Greg is always professional and courteous. I rate the service 5 star. I would recommend Reid’s A/C service.

I thought I may have had an issue with my A/C so Reids responded quickly. I had a system tune up and evaluation performed. The tech did a thorough job and explained everything he tested to me. He was honest and did not recommend any unnecessary service or parts on a system that was functioning properly. I have had this company out in the past with the same results. I’ll call Reid’s whenever I have an issue and know I’ll be getting quality service at a very fair price.

Reid's provides quick service and is upfront & honest about pricing. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Mike was the technician that came out and he was on time. Mike took the time to explain the services needed and answered all my questions. Definitely call Reid's for A/C concerns, they are awesome!

We have used Reid’s since moving into our house in 2015. Every interaction with them has been prompt, professional, and positive. They come check out system twice a year during summer and winter. We had a capacitor recently go out and they came to replace it, when they noticed it was still under warranty we were only charged for the labor. I would highly recommend choosing them for your HVAC service.

I would never recommend this company. Technician Chris found a leak in my evaporator coil and suggested that I place 13 pounds of 410 refrigerant at $70. per pound for a total of $910. I questioned him about the new refrigerant leaking out from the evaporator and he then ask me if I wanted a quote to replace my evaporator. I payed the $89. trip charge and ask him to kindly leave my home.

He said I needed to replace my entire heating and air conditioner. I had a friend come over that has worked on units. He said no it did not need replacement. It has been working fine ever-increasing. I just paid a fee of $89. For nothing
I feel cheated as I am a widow living on Socisl Security.
