Really good experience. Am very appreciative of James from Apex Heating & Air Conditioning who came just after I made a call at their office, assessed my AC unit and troubleshooted the problem. He then worked on it quickly and even did some assessment on the wiring where he realized there was a wire that was not well insulated and did the necessary. I felt everything he did was honest and upfront. Highly recommend his service and Apex Heating & Air Conditioning in general.

The job was not very easy for the technicians since the previous owners did not have the original unit installed correctly. James is an efficient technician and politely explains everything he's doing. He explains to me his findings as he works on our HVAC and the heat pump water heater. His skills are excellent and his communication is outstanding.Will highly recommend.

I contacted Apex Heating & Air Conditioning to get some preliminary estimates and info about replacing or repairing the very old wall units in my apartment. Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and a very clear communicator! Unfortunately I found my building management has a different vendor I may need to use but I would definitely consider hiring them.
