I contacted Legacy Mechanical to fix my gas fireplace a couple of weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. Jonathan was very thorough and stayed 3 hours the first trip to figure out the solution. He also came back a couple more times to finalize fixing our problem. He is easy to talk to and very flexible. I would recommend this company anytime because they did what they said they would do and more !

We met Jonathan at a home and garden show. We are very, very happy with the professional and proficient work that was done at our home. Everything was done according to agreement. Jonathan repaired and replaced an air conditioner unit and handler at our home. The work was done in a timely and detailed manner. This is a great company I would highly recommend them. I had whole house re-done after the flood and the rehab was complete. I had this done while I was on Vacation and these guys did bang up job. We came home from Vacation with the AC on and you couldn't tell they had been in the house, which was important to us. They treated my place like it was made out of glass..

I just want to say Jon was on top of making sure he provided us with the best solution for our AC unit problem. He made sure to contact me to follow up throughout the day, and met up with me one more time in person after work. It turned out the fix was possible in the same day, and with our approval he got right on it that evening. A couple of hours later we were up and running. The next day the unit surpassed our expectation since everyone was very cold and we had to turn the t-stat down for the first time ever! Thanks for your attention to detail and customer service Jon. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with AC issues, or just looking to upgrade or improve their current unit.

We received 4 quotes from different businesses, and chose Legacy because of Jonathan’s professionalism and thorough explanation of what was going on with our system. Once we gave him the green light to move forward, his crew was out quickly, and had the problem solved before I got home from work. I would highly recommend them, and will call them again should I have any future issues.

Jacob, Michael and Christian replaced our defective HVAC unit on a Saturday in our house in Conroe,TX. They were very professional and responsive. Jon and Jake came out to service our HVAC system. I have to tell you, if you use anyone else but these guys, you're wasting your time and money. Both were very professional and personable. If you remember our later generations talking about the great service they received back in the day, these guys embodied that. They explained everything, gave me options, and explained the best options for my situation. These guys are top notch. I would recommend them to any and everyone in need of HVAC services. Legacy came out last Saturday morning to check out my fireplace which would not light.
Mike the tech had it cleaned and working in 30 minutes. I found he was very professional and acknowledged of the equipment he work on. Great job. Thanks.
