Legacy Mechanical Solutions

Yesterday, we had our dryer duct cleaned by Legacy Mechanical. They are a family owned business and did a fantastic job. The technician, Mike, was awesome, very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I would recommend this company very highly. It was a great experience!

Christian was an honest, and extremely reliable technician. If I could give 500 stars, I would. We had a company come out and tell us we needed an entirely new AC Unit and that to fix it would cost thousands and we probably just needed a new unit altogether. The new unit would be $23,000. Yes. $23k. Legacy was recommended by a friend and when I told Christian what we had been told it took him no time at all to evaluate our system and realize the solution was simple. We were back up in running within an hour. I am just so extremely grateful him and this company. Thank God there are still honest people in the world!!

We had an issue with one of our hvac systems and Christian with Legacy Mechanical Solutions was able to get a technician out to our business the same day. Mike the technician called when he was 30 minutes out and showed up on time. Even in the rain, he diagnosed and repaired our system in less than two hours. Absolutely best in class! It is hard to find an A/C repair company you can trust. Hands down, you can feel great about calling Legacy! Christian was knowledgeable and efficient in assessing the issue and getting us cool again! He did not try to oversell me, which is what I have normally experienced with A/C companies. I will only be using Legacy going forward and highly recommend them!

Jon and Mike did awesome install on two different units now. We’re able to tell us exactly what we needed to do it right. They were very professional and they come out quick and get us cooled back down

Mike and Jon and their team were amazing! So nice. So professional. I really felt like we were in good hands. Not only did they help fix both of our AC Units that had leaks, but incidentally found a small GAS leak that I unaware of!!!!! I thought I had smelled gas very faintly a few weeks priory but it went away and so I thought I was just making it up in my head. Nope!!! Gas leak. I was so thankful they found it and fixed it…….and that I wasn’t crazy. LOL Go with your gut, right? I can’t say enough about these guys!!!! Thank you all so much!! Going to have them come back out again later in the year to check the heater!

Texas June heat is no joke this year (2023) I came home to my house being hot as all heck, 84 degrees. I went to FB to see if I could get recommendations, and was blessed with the number for someone that they had recently used.
I immediately called and spoke with Christian around 7pm, who was very helpful over the phone, and gave his honest opinion. I also, had texted Christian with some questions after my husband had come home and looked at the AC himself, and without hesitation he responded quickly. Christian came out the very next day, and was able to provide prompt service, and get our older unit up and running. I can say that my husband and I agreed that we needed to save their number, and are very appreciative for helping to cool our house down again. Thank you Christian!!
