I cannot say enough positive things about this company! Brian Wright is not only a brilliant HVAC professional, but he is kind, caring, and passionate about his work and his customers. He did incredible forensic work / testing and consulting for our new-ish build in Georgia, and he gave us valuable info we needed to make the right decisions for our home and family. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't choose Crossway Mechanical!

As is always the case, our A/C went out sometime between 8 and 10 PM on Saturday night during a holiday weekend. It can never be Wednesday at 10 AM. In any event, Jose with Crossway called me at 7:30 Sunday morning (Mother's Day) to let me know he could come take a look. He arrived within 40 minutes and had the A/C working again shortly after.

Brain has been invaluable in helping us consult on our project in WI. He has been able to coordinated with us and our contractors to help best balance our house. We have had major mold issues and Brian is s wealth of knowledge on what to do with the HVAC to help us manage our house properly.

The serviceman was very prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. He completed what needed to be done and made recommendations of things that could be done but we're not immediately necessary. There was no high pressure to buy anything we didn't need.

We have been with Crossway since they were known as Dominair (1998). They have always been on the level, professional and kind. The employees who come to do system checks are conscientious to the point of vacuuming my floor if stuff falls out of the attic. Thank you.

They have been great for the twice a year check ups and were quick to come when the capacitor blew. No complaints. Always on time. Always efficient.

Crossway Mechanical did a great job fixing my A/C system. Axel was very efficient and knowledgeable the whole time and listened to my description of the issues. He fixed a convoluted drain issue inside as well as some minor electrical issues. I can only recommend them going forward and plan to sign up for their maintenance plan. Crossway Mechanical just completed a large three-day job installing a new AC system, reconfiguring ductwork and adding an integrated dehumidifier. Brian and his team are very different from every other AC company we have used over the past 30 years. He and his team solved our humidity and colling problem by taking system measurements, evaluating our whole home needs and designing a properly configured system. Brian invests in his staff and their equipment. The installation crew takes great pride in their work and takes the extra time to do the install the best way possible without cutting corners. After the equipment was installed, they took many air flow measurements to make sure the system was working within design parameters. This is the company to hire to fix the problems the others have created and get your house air quality to the level it should be. Our home's air quality has been improved greatly. One of the most professional companies I Have ever dealt with. They were on point, very knowledgeable about the air conditioning and the problem. I had another appointment that I could not miss and they went to buy the parts came back and fixed my air conditioner without my being there. When I came home the air was on full and functional and cool. I recommend them highly and I promise I would’ve left my key if I had another to let him in but he said he did not need access to the inside as he left the unit running turned off the breaker so that we wouldn’t damage the condenser and when he returned continue to fix. An amazing company that I will definitely work with in the future. Thank you so very much. Juan was a phenomenal worker.

We’ve worked with Crossway several times and they always exceed our expectations. They do exactly what they say they’re going to do and their entire team is trustworthy and honest. Brian has put together a great team and is always available when we have an AC question. Luis and his crew did our install and we were so pleased with our new unit. They cut NO corners and offered solutions that other AC companies hadn’t even mentioned. Jose recently worked 10 hours in one day at our home fixing a leak and refused to stop until he solved our problem. Great customer service, reliable company, trustworthy guys. I highly recommend!
