Mr.Chill came out to install a new unit this June, the two photos with no skirting are showing the unit as they installed it week one. The photos showing the house with skirting are a month from installation of the unit. I was concerned because of the base of the unit. From day one it did not look built up enough to support the condenser longterm. One month later we are seeing wash out already from recent rain. When I asked if Mr. Chill could do anything for us I was told that they have "nothing to do with that." I understand that they cannot control the weather. But they can control the set-up of their units. I feel as though my unit was set up to fail from the start. Maybe if you start with a level foundation you wont have a problem with your install with Mr Chill? But who knows. Just wanted to share my story and experience with Mr. Chill.

Great service. Gavin kept me up to date on the status of installing AC/ and heating system for me near Franklin, TX. Called me to tell me the job was done and everything was good. Highly recommend Mr. Chill.

I had an issue with my A.C System not working. Something to do with the Motor that turns the ac fan inside the home. I called , Mr Chill, and they were out within a couple of hours.
Our A.C rep named, Andrea's came in put those meters on the circuit board.And, found the problem in min's. And with the hour.The A.C was blowing Cold air again.
He was very Professional and timely. No issues what so ever.
I have used the Mr Chill Folks about 4 x's akready.I have Never had any concerns.
They come in and get right to the problem.
But, this Andrea's guy was really great about everything.

Gavin with Mr. Chill came out and set up/installed our AC and it was such a smooth process!!! He was here on time and worked efficiently, he even stayed to make sure it all was running smoothly once connected and turned on. 5/5 stars ⭐️

When you want it done and done correctly give them a call, they are busy this time of year but they got us our air conditioner installed when they said it would , couldn’t be happier with everything they do. Highly recommend Gavin and the whole team at Mr.Chill.

The techncian came to check the AC unit for me due to a loud noise in the outside unit. I am not sure why he moved the pan where the AC drips which caused four leaks in three rooms in my house. And I started having all kind of problems with the AC. Dont use these people, coz you do not know if they mess up things on purpose so you can keep calling them

I am a home developer, and I've been using this company for almost 10 years. I allow them to service my personal home and all of developments. They install approximately 75 units a year for our business. Overall, they are excellent! Mistakes happen, but I've always been able to get them resolved, and if needed, supervisors make it right. I do not expect perfection. I expect honesty, quick service, open communication, and customer first driven business. I would not replace Mr. Chill with a competitor.

I want to extend my gratitude to Gavin!! He made my experience with Mr. Chill an absolutely awesome experience! He is extremely professional and a truly kind young man! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. My unit was a new install and Gavin worked in a timely manner with a smile on his face. Shout out to who hand a hand in raising such an outstanding young gentleman!

Gavin was awesome! He came out within 2 hours, got us all fixed up, and was professional and polite, couldn't ask for better!
