Joey did a fine job. He performed all work require and explained everything we need to know. Anything less from your company would have been a surprise. Hi usually comes out and performs exactly the same. I enjoy douing business with Crossway Mechanical.

I've been working with Crossway Mechanical for the past couple of years. They handle all of our HVAC units. They handle repairs, twice a year maintenance, warranties, and bi-weekly filter change outs, even once a year vent wipe-downs! I use them for all of our HVAC needs! I will never go elsewhere. I never have to worry about anything as they take care of us - no matter what! All of the employees are great to work with! But Joey is the BEST! He comes in every other week, taking care of our office. Not only does he do the work, quickly and on-time. But he also keeps an eye out for anything we may need. He's very professional, courteous, and respectful. If you want a dependable, honest HVAC company - that's also affordable - chose Crossway Mechanical and ask for Joey. I promise you will be taken care of!

I had tech show up on time and was very polite. he listened to my issue and checked the pressures. my system is low so we knew there is a leak.
he then went up to the unit in the attic to inspect immediately found possible issue with line rubbing. he never opened my system to inspect the internal for leaks but was either texting or calling his boss the whole time then decided it was going to cost me $1000.00 to fix a leak. when i said no then charged me $240.00 to come out and spray dish soap on a line . I did not agree and we agreed to pay the service call fee. If you are sending a technician to do a job make sure he is trained and qualified for the job and do not charge excessive amounts when the customer is aware of how a system works. Sorry but I do not have faith in your company

These guys tried to sell me an $11k ac unit by refusing to charge my unit and telling me my unit was too old. So, after talking to my brother-in-law who owns rental property, he got me in touch with another company who came and did exactly what i asked, and only charged me $350 bucks. Home is cooler than ever. I was also quoted $5k on the same 16 SEER unit Crossway was trying to charge me $11k for Beware of Crossway Mechanical out of Tomball trying to upsell you new units by telling you your unit is too old and cant be charged with freon. Based on my experience with these jokers, get someone else!. These guys are ac salesman trying to upsale you. Beware!

Hai was my requested mechanic and he did a fantastic job checking our system and giving us a detailed debrief session. Everytime we need service, we request Hai and he meets and exceeds our expectations every time. The Crossway Mechanical Team are the best in NWHouston.

We have been using Crossway for our spring and fall checks ups. It is very easy to get an appointment when I am available. Hai, the technician who came today was prompt, friendly, courteous, efficient and competent. He willingly answered all my questions.

Excellent service. Fixed my overflowing drain pan and clogged drains, and installed a float switch to prevent it from happening again, all after 7pm on a weeknight, and didn't over-charge me. Both gentlemen were super-nice and a pleasure to work with.

Brian was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what the problem was. I appreciated how honest and thorough he was. It was a very hot day. Brian repaired my A/C Unit and had it up and running within the hour.
