Over labor day weekend my thermostat had went out and we couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, Christian came over and installed a new thermostat and had explained to us how the other one went out. He was very professional and I appreciate that he was able to come out so late, I have a baby so having it out was definitely not an option. I will definitely be using this company from now on, thank you Christian for helping me and my family with this problem and thank you for coming out so late. If there is ever anyone that asks if I recommend an ac company I am definitely referring them to this one. AC totally shut down on Thursday before Labor Day. Christian arranged for Mike to come out that same afternoon. I had heard a lot of good things about Legacy and Mike personified all of them—professional, through and courteous!!! He determined we needed a new evaporator coil, which I assumed would take until after Labor Day to install; but Mike arranged to come back on Saturday to install and he did. Definitely 5 star service.
