I recently had an issue with my air conditioning unit. I called 7-Star for assistance, and Lawrence promptly arrived to fix the problem. He was incredibly efficient and had my air conditioning up and running in no time. Not only was Lawrence highly skilled and knowledgeable, but he also maintained a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the entire process. I am thoroughly impressed with his service and would highly recommend him for any HVAC-related issues.

Amazing! I called the main number at 5 pm on Saturday: 7/9/2022. I was told they could come the same day to visit,diagnose and hopefully fix it too. Lawrence called back within 10 minutes and he showed up as promised in less than one hour. Thankfully it was something simple(Capacitor) and he had one on his truck. That brought my silent exterior A/C box back to life. Then at my request he checked the refrigerant...added some and fixed a minor rattle on the unit- loose grate bolts. Everything is 100% fixed- super happy!

Absolutely love 7-Star. Our AC was horrible and they were always there when we needed them. We finally decided to replace it and they were quick to get a new unit in our house at an affordable price. They were fast and efficient, also super nice and respectful. Definitely recommend them!!

Lawrence and 7-Star Service are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. Called this afternoon because my AC wasn't working and they said the earliest someone could come out was tomorrow. Received a call from Lawrence 10 minutes later saying he'd be able to stop by today. He showed up and he diagnosed/fixed the problem within minutes. It was 85 degrees in my house yesterday and today and now we finally have cool air again. The only folks I want working on my HVAC. A+ service and super friendly folks.

Based on the reckles driving, I shall never use their services. While driving on 620, 05/23/2018, vehicle license plate FMX-1584, was spending and swerving in-out traffic, almost causing my wife to collide with another vehicle. Tailing very closely. Business owner: You have a liability lawsuit in progress.
