Bill came to our home and installed a brand new HVAC unit in 25 degree weather. He and his assistant we're knowledgeable, professional, and fast. Thanks to Bill, we had the new system in place right before the February 2021 snow and ice storms! We highly recommend this company!

I cannot recommend this company or Bill Yates, the owner. My contractor hired this company to install a brand new LG VRF system, which my contractor purchased separately, for a new house. He usually used Mitsubishi and LG gave him a good deal to try out their system, so we did. Millionair agreed to install the ductwork for a set amount and then the system for a set amount. I was disappointed from the start. The ducts were crammed through trusses and duct board boxes were built with wires running through them!! Totally illegal. I requested it be changed and it wasn’t changed before the drywall guys sheet-rocked the house. So I have wires running through ducts in my ceiling. When their workers showed up, they did an ok job (or at least I thought), but they would come for a half day then not show up for a week. This went on for months.. one day here, one day there. They kept blaming us, saying our electrician didn't hook something up, or some other excuse like parts not being available, but even after the electrician was completely done, they still showed up randomly to work. Last week, when they were supposed to be completing the install, they told my new GC that they didn’t know how to finish. When I called, he told me that they are pulling off the job and said they don't have the necessary parts for them to complete the job. If we don't have the parts... order them! It’s my belief that they didn’t know how to hook this system up. His attitude throughout the job was painful. I would never work with them again. We hired a new company, which started yesterday, and they had to remove ALL of the copper lines that Millionair ran in our house. I watched as they pulled them out of the walls… they were the wrong sizes for our system and many hand kinks in them. One section of copper lines had TWO WELDS in a 24” span and one of the welds had a hole in it. The new contractor found that BOTH of the outdoor condenser units had been hooked up completely incorrectly. They shouldn’t have attempted to install equipment that they weren’t familiar with, but overall, their work is shoddy, at best. I’ve heard all of the excuses and as the customer, I don’t want excuses (which I’m sure he will post in a reply), I want the system installed. You can’t complain that you aren’t charging us enough or there’s parts needed… If you need a part, I would have bought it, but that doesn’t change the fact it was installed completely wrong. YOU took the job so install the system and if you can’t or don’t know how to… give us a refund. The time wasted, alone, makes this a terrible experience, let alone the money we spent.

Bill, is a very good natured guy and does fast, efficient work. He was on time, as polite as all get out and even passed on some suggestions for other contracting specialists. He'll be the first I call if I have any future AC/heating or ductwork needs.

Highly recommended!

My property manger was using another vendor until I finally got smart and decided to get a second opinion. I am so thankful I did and found Million-Air. I discovered my previous vendor was attempting to have me do unnecessary repairs, and charging extremely high prices. Million-Air has excellent service, does not recommend unnecessary repairs, and has fair pricing to boot.

David and Cody were very friendly and efficient. They told us exactly what they were going to do and kept us informed as they worked.
