He helped us understand exactly where the problems were and explained the repairs he was going to do without trying to up-sell us on new products that we didn’t need. We had a bit of a crisis today in 100 degree heat. Our system was just not cooling consistently. Naturally, we reached out for immediate assistance. Texas Cool answered our call on the first try and came by within the hour. Before Arturo even came, he was trying to solution the issue based on explanation of what we were experiencing. Even planned to get a part before coming by so we didn't have to go without AC.
Turns out... our exterior system just needed to be cleaned (side note: keep your system clean, especially if placed near a dryer vent). But Arturo was very thorough when checking the system, and was more than happy to explain in detail everything that could possibly be causing our issues. He was also very kind when it turned out that really, we could have probably solved his issue on our own.

It was late Friday night and we were leaving town early the next day for the entire weekend. With 4 kids (one of which is a baby), the last thing we wanted to do was come back home late Sunday night to broken A/C in the summer time.
