Evenaire Heating & Air Conditioning

We had our ac go out in late May. After struggling to get on the schedule to even get a quote from our regular maintenance provider, a friend recommended Evenaire. They came out to give a quote promptly the next morning, worked on addressing system issues we had had previously, and completed the install within 48 hours. It was amazing service by Nick and the team! They also were able to find several rebate programs to help defray the costs.

Professional and quality is hard to find, but everyone I interacted with was very nice and informative. Nick provided several options to meet our needs for an AC cooling and heating. There were other companies I called. But the response I received from Ms Jennifer was heart warming. They did not hang up on me. They were out in same day. Evenaire provided quality installation. I have been using Evenaire for quite a few years now. Jennifer and Nick are extremely kind and make me feel like they really do care. Nick has helped me fix small issues on my old system, and most recently installed a new hvac system for me.
The installation went great. Nick and his team were very professional and followed through on everything we had previously discussed. Looking forward to our new AC in this crazy Texas heat!

This company is the way to go when it comes to a cost efficient, high quality job! Jennifer, the lady who made the appointment, was SUPER nice and made sure to give me multiple availability options to see what best fit my need. After the appointment was scheduled, which was for the next day, she informed me I should receive a call from the technician when he is on his way then he would present a diagnostic of the issue and offer different repair options based on what I'd like to have done. The following day i received a call from the technician saying he was on the way. When Nick arrived he asked me to show him where the thermostat was and where the outside unit was. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor after verifying with me that I wanted to proceed. He said this would fix my issue but was not the only issue. He told me that the motor was also damaged and showed me how it had become unbalanced and was causing a wobble. We scheduled a follow up visit for the next day to get the motor replaced and it was the same wonderful experience.

Everyone in this company is so wonderful, courteous, and knowledgeable. It was such a relief to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of AC work.

EVENAIRE is a fantastic, family run business. I made a service appointment. Jennifer called me on the day of the service appointment telling me when Nick would arrive. He arrived on time. The problem was simple to fix but difficult to isolate (an intermittent loose, spliced connection on the compressor). A problem attributed to a poor quality installation by another firm.

I am VERY pleased with EVENAIRE. I will use them exclusively in the future. Good Job Nick and Jennifer.

I had Evenaire install a new system 7 years ago. Went perfectly smooth and quick. Every contact with them since the install has been flawless. Good people, good service and a good product at a good rate. 5 stars for sure.

I have used Evenaire H&AC for over 6 years. From keeping my original undersized AC unit running thru the replacement and maintenance of the new one. Went zonal on the 2 story house, they put in a new Unit with new ducts in one day. Recently, the walked me thru a coil freeze up over the phone which saved me from a pricey repair. They came out the next day to confirm that was the problem...they really know their stuff. My neighbor uses them now too...

fast, reliable service, great follow up and help with financing and rebate programs. New ac installed and when an issue came up with the unit (not related to evenaire's work), they promptly fixed the issue and handled the manufacturers warranty repair with even more urgency than the original work...I refer everyone that needs ac service to Evenaire!!
