We have used Evenaire HVAC for several years and they have performed both annual preventative maintenance and a few repairs professionally, in a timely manner, at fair pricing, and were responsive to customer requests. I highly recommend this company’s good work and its capable staff.

First time customer. My AC unit decided to go out over the Memorial Weekend. I called up Evenaire as they were local to the Pflugerville area and left a message. Jennifer was quick to respond. She took my information down and scheduled a tech for Tuesday morning. Nick was my technician. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly pointed out the issue and offered some solutions. I ended up going with a whole new AC unit to be instilled. Pricing was good and Nick even told me about some rebates I would qualify for. After a customer cancelation which benefited me, I had a new AC unit installed a day later. Instillation went well thanks to Nick and his crew. Now my house is back to being cool again and ready for the hot summer months. Thank you guys.

If you want a company that knocks it out of the park and shows up when you need them the most then Evenaire is your best choice. I own a couple of homes and had them put in new units in two of them. Even in the middle of this frozen apocalypse when they didn’t even have power at their own home. They made it out to mine to make sure I was up and running when the furnace would not start after we finally got power back after 4 days. I have never been let down by this family owned business. Now you might reach a recording at times when they are busy but they have never failed to call me back. They have my business for life. I can’t say enough about Nick and his wife. Just plain good old fashioned honest hard working people. I would recommend them to anybody.

Evenaire just installed a new Lennox heat pump for us today and Nick and Flint did a great job. We have used Evenaire since we moved in and they have always given us great service, with a quick response at a fair price with no pressure. I trust them and have never been disappointed.

Evenaire is fast and efficient. They repaired AC unit in no time at all. I would use them again if needed. 1-10, I rate them “10”

Where to begin...

First of all, not $1 has gone out of my pocket to Evenaire thus far, and they have a new biggest fan.

We have been without working AC units for the last 4 days. After being given the runaround from other companies, the owners of Evenaire were honest up front, and let us know they can’t make it out until Monday morning.

After realizing we have two beautiful little girls in the house, they spent over an hour on the phone with me this afternoon, helping me diagnose the problem, so we can be up and running ASAP on Monday morning. We figured out that the control board on our 2.5 year old system has failed. It is under warranty, and they have already ordered it.

I’m sure the warranty covers most of the cost of all of this, but we will take care of them as well.

Talk about a breath of fresh air! All of my clients and I have a new “go to” HVAC company.

Nick and his crew from Evenaire are top notch! Great people and great service. This is the second home they have replaced the HVAC system in for me and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. They are professional, thorough and make sure everything is perfect. Nick even delayed his family Easter vacation by a few hours to make sure that my install was complete and correct. Nick did a great job taking his time explaining the quotation first, what my options were, and then walked me through the installation, what was covered and what was not and what was required to maintain the equipment working for 10+ years. I've been using Evenaire for several years now - they are simply fantastic. They service my rental properties as well as my personal property. They almost always provide same day service and they only fix the problem - not try to sell you more parts or tell you your system is blown. They've done everything from cleaning out my drain line to installing a whole new system for me. Anytime someone asks me for an AC company anywhere in the Austin area - I tell them to call Evenaire. Came out same day to replace a capacitor in my AC unit. Diagnosed and completed in about 15 minutes. Nick was a true professional. They will have my HVAC business any time I need it!
