Read reviews and saw that this A/C repair was super close. Brent returned my text and came within 1.5 hr. He was super kind, quick, charged a flat fee for his ~1hr of time to diagnose and repair our old A/C unit (clogged drain line). Very grateful to have such a good service nearby for my elderly mom! We are back in the cool ❄️

Our 30 year old central air unit went out so we called Pfluger Heating and Air. Brent came over to inspect, gave us a quick quote and by 9:30 the following morning the whole thing was installed and ready to go. Brent is a super nice guy and we definitely recommend him.

I'm so happy! I'm sure they can't promise this is always the case, but they were here within hours, diagnosed something that baffled everyone, and still recommended we contact the company we were under warranty with (they recognized the unit was new and likely under warranty) when we wouldn't have known (renters). Sharp and honest, and generally pleasant to be around. It seems unusual in this world to have an issue identified so promptly and honestly. Totally pleasant experience.

Brent with Pflueger heating and air is the best contractor I've ever use! He is honest, keeps the cost down, only fixes what needs to be fixed. I've used him on all my rental property and my own home. I cant elaborate on how great he is. I never stress on the AC/heating unit because he comes out and fixes it for a fair price. Been doing business with him for more than 10 years. Would not ever use any other AC company.

After a horrible experience with another AC service, this was easy and quick. didn't try to up sell or overcharge for the service. They were they when promised and worked quickly and resolved the issue and offered up advice on my thermostat ..... really great customer service and experience.

Called in the morning and got fixed at noon. Great attitude and speed. Charged $275 to replace a capacitor (AmRad 50+7.5 uf/Mfd USA2238), price is higher than expected.
