Everyone was very helpful as our situation was rather unusual. Had to communicate through texts and emails as we could not be here. Holly, Caleb, Denny, and Joe, kept us informed and took care of the job in a very professional and courteous manner. I would definitely recommend Hall’s Heating and Air. Thanks, guys!

Started with Caleb, he was awesome and he walked us through everything. Then jasper, Denny, Dylan, and Jose came and installed the unit and they were very professional. They made sure it was done correctly and walked us through how to operate all the equipment. Also, Holly was very helpful and always made sure we were aware about what was going on.

I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT CALEB, DENNY, JOSE, AND CARSON WERE AWESOME THE OTHER DAY HERE AT THE COURTHOUSE IN LIPSCOMB. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND APPRECIATE THEM TAKING THE TIME TO COME OUT AND HELP US WITH OUR SYSTEM.

Everyone was awesome, from the initial phone call with Holly, Caleb coming out to look at our ac/furnace, Jasper and Denny removing our old ac/furnace and coming back to install our new unit with an extra helper, Dylan. Jaxton even made a stop with our new carbon monoxide detectors. Thank you for all your hard work in the heat, cleaning up and for being professional. Caleb came back to make sure everything was running properly and made sure all of our ac was running its best.
