Dylan and Jaxon are great employees and were very professional and knowledgeable about the whole system. They knew exactly what to do and repaired everything in a timely manner and were very nice. Overall Halls has two very good employees with them and I will recommend them every time.

I had the pleasure of working with Caleb yesterday who was very professional and informative. He took time to figure out my issue and provided me with multiple financing options as well. He gave several estimates tailored to fit our personal situation which I appreciated, especially after dealing with other companies that did not. There was no pressure and I felt very comfortable with the service provided. I’ll definitely be using them for my HVAC needs in the near future!

I had the pleasure of working with Jose, Denny and Dylan the 2nd time around and they were just as wonderful as Caleb, who stopped by to check in during their visit by the way! They were very professional and worked throughout the day to complete the job. I’m waiting to hear back about a small issue that occurred, which was reported by them right away. Overall, they’re a great company and I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs when they arise.

Very pleased with polite, professional, knowlegeable employees. This was demonstrated from the appointment call with Holly to the service call with Caleb and the installation crew of Jasper, Dylan, Jose, and Denny. Caleb spent time investigating the problems and gave options and recommendations to resolve the issues. The crew arrived in a,timely style and finished the installation much sooner than we had expected. Jasper explained the operating procedure and gave us time for questions which he answered in detail. Caleb Dickerson came out to repair my wall heater. His mannerisms and professional conduct is outstanding. He told us exactly what was wrong without trying to up sale us something. I will definitely be using Hall’s for all of my heating and air needs.

Absolutely blown away by their professionalism! From the very start, they got me everything that I needed without trying to up sell anything. Once the deal was made and equipment was ordered, the team that showed up to install everything were very professional, respectful, and were an all around genuine crew. While Denny squared away the outside unit (and walked me through everything), Jose and Dylan replaced everything on the inside in a very orderly fashion. Very knowledgeable crew and answered every question I had. Truly can't thank those guys enough for an outstanding job!

The team was so professional and very helpful. Jasper, Jaxon, Dylan,Jose, Denny, Joe and Holly were all so helpful. They were working with my mother in law till she got put in the hospital and I took over, Jasper went over everything with me and asked if we need anything extra and asked about my mother in law.
