These four gentlemen, Jose, Diego, Carson, and Jacob, did an amazing job installing our new systems today. Jose and Diego had zero problem with being around my dogs, which is so rare, my dogs even liked them. They stayed late just to be sure everything was working properly and answer all of our questions. All four were professional, friendly, and as tidy as possible. My house is finally cool and comfortable again. I am extremely grateful to these young men, Caleb, and Hall Heating & Air for being here for us! I would highly recommend!!

The office staff was very nice. I was first told a technician could not come to look at my mother's air conditioning until the following day, but when I mentioned she was 90 years old, they sent Caleb that very afternoon.
Caleb was very kind and professional. He sat down and explained everything to us and took the time to work up estimates and email them to me. Thank you!!

The young man helping me was extremely professional and courteous. He went straight to work and made sure I understood everything that was going on as he went. When it was clear the first appointment set was not going to happen, the company called and let me know rather than to leave me hanging and wondering! They offered a discount on the next project they do for me as compensation for my patience and rescheduling. Kudo's to this business and this young man. They have my business.

Hall's heating and air did a wonderful job from start to finish. Holly, in the office, was very professional and was able to offer affordable financing options. She is very informative and has excellent communication skills. She kept me informed every step of the way. Denny, Jasper, Carson, and Jose were right on time, very respectful of my home, and very professional. Once the job was complete they explained everything they did, showed me the important factors of the install, and made me feel like I had put my trust in the right company. Thanks guys, for a great experience. 👍

This team was excellent, I would absolutely recommend Steve's refrigeration. John, Louis and Jo Jo , came an evaluated what was going on with my AC unit right away and came up with a plan, an got it up and running. They went above and beyond my expectation !! Noticing that my exhaust pipe for my hot water tank had disconnected from the tank, they fixed it, as well. These guys will be up front with you and keep you informed as to what they are doing and why they are doing it. GREAT TEAM....GREAT GUYS

WOW WOW WOW!! Hall Heating and Air did an AMAZING job. It started with Holly in the office. She was so kind and understanding with all my demands 🤣 then Jaxon came out and did a thorough evaluation and provided an extensive report with multiple options. Hall’s offers financing which was a HUGE blessing especially with this being an unexpected cost. Prior to install, they communicated effectively the exceptions and met all of those and more.
The crew (Denny, Jasper, Jose and Damian) did an amazing job at keeping my house as clean as possible for the work that was being done. They were very mindful of cleanup after day one even though work was going to be completed the next day. Jaxon called after day one to give an update which was very appreciated. My husband was very impressed at the end of day two because the house was all cleaned up and the crew was able to give an overview of the product and instruct him on how to use everything. We are so thankful for everyone on this team for working with us and making this overwhelming task just a little less stressful!!

We are very happy and impressed with everyone we have had contact with at Hall… Holly, Caleb, Denny, Jaxon, Jasper, Carson, and Jose. We had completely new air ducts put in and new heat and air installed and it has made a tremendous difference in our home. They are all hard working, diligent, knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations. I can’t recommend them enough!!

The company I work for had a new ac unit installed today. Their associates, Jasper, Jacob, Jose, Holly, and Luis were all very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They cleaned up and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend the company and their staff. Thanks for keeping us cool this summer!

Jose and Denny were amazing and the install was excellent. They were very skilled and cleaned up the jobsite. I really appreciate the service this company has provided.

Luis and Jasper were professional, courteous, and all around great guys. Fixed us up in record time and at a very reasonable rate. They don't take advantage of you. THE BEST!!!!!!
