Jaxon was wonderful. He made the almost 2 hour drive and was very friendly and informative. He got the A/C up and running and gave us quotes for everything else they recommended due to the system being old and outdated. I would use them again and recommend them to others. Thanks Jaxon

We had our system replaced last summer by Hall Heating and Air. Great company and we loved the customer service! We used their maintenance plan and Jasper came out and cleaned our air filtration, rinsed our condenser, and double checked everything! Would recommend to anyone!

On a previous service call Hall Heating and Air determined that we needed a new furnace as the furnace we had was too dangerous to use.
Holly was able to take our information over the phone and get us approved so we could get a new furnace.
Hall Heating and Air ordered the new furnace and delivered it Monday this past week. They were here first thing in the morning and Austin was so very helpful. Both he and his assistant were just amazing!
My husband and I had moved our furniture out of the way knowing they would need to bring the furnace in. They were so kind and put a paint cloth down to protect our carpet.

Austin greeted me first thing in the door with a "Good morning Miss Nancy", and he explained what they would be doing, how long it would take, and how much noise it would make.
They got the old furnace out very quickly and efficiently, and installed the new furnace within an hour after removing the old one! When they went to test it it did not work so they called their supervisor and Hall Heating and Air went all the way to Amarillo to pick up another furnace and install it for us that day even though they had not planned on the hiccup.
I feel any other company would have scheduled us for another day and said "oh well so sorry", but Hall Heating and Air did not do that. They are committed to their service. Caleb, who came last time, was awesome.

They were all so quick to come out and check on my heating system. Caleb came to our home right away whenever it went out due to winter weather. Had to get the whole thing replaced and technician Jaxon was about to schedule me about two days later just in time for another cold front! He was honest and very professional! i’m glad I called them! Will definitely use them again if I ever need it!

Jose & Denny just took care of some issues at my job, they addressed everything we'd mentioned & did excellent work all around

Jaxon was wonderful. Courteous, explained everything to me, great with my pets. Even gave me safe pointers on restricting pet access to the wires my animals can get to. Miss Holly was sweet, professional and thorough when asking about the problem I was having. Definitely recommend Hall's.

The tech Luis is very professional, hard working and knowledgeable. He explained everything and made us feel like we were valued customers.

Jaxon came out just a couple of hours after calling in for service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Showed me a few options I could use to go with for all repairs. Very pleased with the service.

Highly recommend this company. Called in to order a new heating unit yesterday afternoon and they were here to install it this morning around 8am.
Amy and Holly in the office made it so easy and vary helpful over the phone to help me. Very kind and professional.
Jaxson and Jasper installed the heater and were very professional and respectful. I was very impressed. They walked me though the work done and how to work everything. . Installed a new thermostat and co2 detector. They put down clean drop clothes on my floors from the door they entered all the way though the house to the heating unit to protect my floors. After the work they clean up everything including sweeping the floors where the unit was installed, the inside of the entry door to the house and even my porch. My home was cleaner after they left than before they came. The unit was a great brand and made in the USA. Highly recommend for your heating and air conditioner needs.

Luis was great, checked the A/C got everything reset and we were good to go. He’s a real people person offers great customer service. Thanks Holly for getting things done. Much appreciated.

Had a great call out experience with Jackson. It was our second time using Hall Heating and Air and they have definitely earned our business for future needs. Very friendly and respectful answering and scheduling service on the front end and very prompt and thorough service once Jackson arrived. Would give 10 stars if it were possible.
