This place is Amazing ! Caleb, Jasper, Jaxon and Jose! We needed a whole new system including a few new vents and returns. They got it done in two days around 7 kids, and 3dogs! These guys were respectful and worked around all my crazy. I highly recommend Hall Heating and air. We will be lifelong customers. THANK YOU GUYS for being so sweet and thoughtful of my kids!

10/10 recommend this company! Luis came out and did a complete assessment of our heating unit and figured out our problem, and double checked everything else while he was there. We ended up having to order a part, but it only took a couple days to come in. Luis came back to install the part and found another minor issue, but called jasper and he came and fixed the issue no problem. They both were great. I was informed throughout the whole process and they were extremely nice. We are extremely thankful for how fast they got our unit fixed. Our heat is working and we can officially put away our portables!

After calling the office and speaking with Holly who was friendly and helpful, Ramon came to our house looked over our heater and found the problem quickly. He gave us options, prices and an installation time. He was friendly, clean, knowledgeable, efficient and experienced . We really appreciated having him in our home and recommend him for all heating and air needs. Thank you.

Caleb, the service technician, was extremely knowledgeable and excellent in his presentation of the problems and solutions associated with my HVAC system replacement.

Holly answered the phone and got us all set up to be seen and was able to inform us about arrival times and initial cost.

Luis was the man who came and took a look at our stuff. He was thorough in his assessment and looked at everything inside and outside. Took pictures or physically showed us his findings and then gave us a couple different options and the cost for getting everything fixed up. After getting it all fixed he stayed to ensure that everything was running properly and the emergency system as well. A great and transparent experience with no surprises.

I had a new system installed and was super impressed with Hall Heating and Air! Dylan, Denny, and Jose were incredibly professional and efficient. They were super respectful and knowledgeable about the job they were doing. They patiently explained how to use my new thermostat and made sure I felt confident before they left. Luis was amazing! We had our unit installed a few years ago and they never told us about the maintenance we needed to be doing to prevent problems. We tried to call the original company we purchased our unit from and it was going to be a week before they could help us get heat in our house when it is dropping into the 20s at night. We called Halls and Luis was at our house in less than 4 hours and did more education than I’ve ever received on our unit. I am grateful for him taking the time to teach me about our unit. He has a passion for his job and it shows. Halls is lucky to have him as an employee. He got us fixed quickly and we had heat to our house before lunchtime was over. I’m thankful and grateful for him that we will not have to freeze in our house and worry about pipes busting. Excellent customer service from a local company!
