Today Hall heating and air paid a visit, upon request, and sent their representative Jaxson to address my concerns.
This young gentleman was nothing more then completely competent and expertly trained to help me. So knowledgeable and professional in his demeanor and competence that I felt perfectly at ease.
So much so that I ordered a new heating system from them!

I look forward to the new comfort and reassurance this purchase will bring, not to mention the added value to my home!

Today 7-20-2022 I was treated to have the installation of my new heater unit by Hall Heating and Air here in Pampa, Texas!
Denny and Jose came out to do this! I must say I have a hard time remembering when I last had been served by a company whose entire staff have been so completely and professionally trained.
These two men came and introduced themselves and with their handshake and introduction I felt at ease and confident in their abilities!
They didn’t disappoint. My installation was smooth and thorough, and the amount of quality they put into this was evident with the ease at which this project passed county inspection!!!
When they finished with the installation they made sure that I had all necessary paperwork and understood my responsibilities and warranties.
Clean, efficient and professional were these two that it was as if no one had been there at all.
I am so pleased with the quietness and efficiency of my new heating unit that I whole heartedly would and do recommend Hall Heating and Air to all seeking your indoor comfort!

Caleb was informative on new heating unit. Unit was installed in a timely manner and all work was more than satisfactory.
Holly was also very helpful in getting all financial issues taken care of.

After a few pretty warm days we reported there was a problem with our temperature in the home, Holly was great and got us scheduled and worked with our schedule. Jaxon showed up and got everything taken care of. We are very grateful and appreciative for their response and service! Thank y’all!

I had a problem with my old system and they came out to check it out. After discovering the significant problem options were offered and we decided on replacing my older system. The guys came out a few days later to remove the old and put in the new. Jaxon, Denny, Dylan, and Jose all were respectful and complete professionals. Even when a hiccup or 2 popped up like in any new install, they figured it out and got my new system up and running.

Our A/C unit went out the day before yesterday in the evening. From start to finish the employees were kind, reliable, and professional. Caleb was able to come out yesterday afternoon and assess the issue. Which we really appreciated; Caleb was very helpful and through. We were able to figure out the issue quickly and Caleb was very detailed on what our options were. We opted for a new unit given the increased size in our home and the type of part that went out. The affordable financing offered for the replacement made the decision a lot easier, as a new unit can be a big bite to take out of ones finances. Then, by today Jaxon and his apprentice Dylan were able to come out and put in a brand new unit for us. We only had to go one full day without A/C, which was way less time than we were expecting as the unit was projected to be here Friday. They were able to get it in and to out to our home in less than 24 hours after the order was put in. Jaxon and Dylan even cut the grass around my unit as we ours recently went out so we wouldnt have to worry about the weeds or grass getting in there in the meantime. Jaxon made some great suggestions on how to avoid that issue in the future as well. Caleb, Jaxson, and Dylan made the whole process as seamless and easy as possible. I'm very glad they were able to help us out so quickly, especially with the heat being as high as it's been this week: 90s and 100s! Thank you so much!

I have been telling everyone that I can about Hall Heating and Air. They were very professional and nice. They showed up when they said they would. Most of all they worked really hard for me to get my heating going. Thank you so much!!!

My wife and I have been dying of heat in our home for the past few weeks, we had multiple people come and try to get us up and going but we’re unable to get us cooled off. Luis and his helper joe, extremely professional, came and gave us several options. Not only that, they were able to get us going until they can come back and fix it all for good. Denny, Jose, and Dylan showed up and installed a new HVAC system at my house. They cleaned up their mess and were very professional and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this company for any HVAC issues you have.

Hall Heating & Air were very professional from the first person that I talked to on the phone to the last person at our house. The employees were very meticulous about keeping things clean and picked up including drop cloths and plastic booties on their shoes. We want to thank Jimmy, Amy, Holly, Caleb, Jaxon , Jasper and his helper for everything that they did to get us heat quickly.
