Hall Heating and Air is hands down one of the most amazing companies there is! They have the kindest employees including Jasper, Denny and Carson who installed everything for us! We can’t thank them enough for how wonderful and giving they’ve been.

I am very pleased with the service I received when I had my heat pump installed. The gentleman who installed it worked very well together and did a great job. I want to thank Caleb, Denny, Jose and Ryan for making my experience a good one. They did a professional job with a friendly attitude. Thank you all.

Jaxon was very professional, informative and thorough. He made sure all of my questions were answered and gave numerous options on how to get my issue fixed. I highly recommend him and Hall’s Heating and Air.

Jasper, Dylan, Denny, Jose, Joe, John, Ramon each of these gentlemen was on time and very professional, each of them knew what to do and took immediate action doing the installation. Their team work was truly amazing great group of guys.

Jaxon came out to my house to clean my evaporator coil in my inside unit, he was professional and helpful.

The first word that comes to mind as a company in general is integrity. The first word for the team that comes to mind is committed. Form the moment I called them asking for help, I was blown away on how Holly handled the initial call. She was more concerned about us, our safety, and the fact we didn’t have heat! I had purchased a brand-new system around two weeks before I made this call from a person who sold me a bill of goods! He skipped town, leaving us in the cold, literally. I told Holly what had happened, and she took a great deal of information and said she would get back with me and she did, quickly. She scheduled Caleb to be at my home early the following Monday. This young lady moved mountains!
From Friday to Monday morning, our life changed that would impact us for the rest of our days. Caleb called saying he was at the front door. I told him what had happened and I’ll never forget the tone of his voice! It was filled with REAL compassion. It wasn’t a “fake” response. The days passed and we dealt with our crises and got back home. Holly was in constant contact with us. She scheduled Caleb to come back because they needed some measurements. When he arrived, I was truly impressed. His first thoughts weren’t about making a sale; they were about our wellbeing. We talked and shared stories and I was able to get some much-needed stress off my chest! He stood in my kitchen drinking a cup of coffee and just let me talk and heard every word I said! As he was wrapping up, he asked me, “Do you know what the plan is?”, I had no idea and then he hit me with the details, and it floored me. Caleb was at my home to measure for a new heating and air system. We didn’t have two pennies to rub together because of everything that had happened! Hall Heating & Air was taking care of everything! They didn’t do it for press! They didn’t do it for a Facebook post or tax write off, they did it because these people have a faith and foundation that should be the example of all businesses!
Holly checked in on us everyday as the parts were coming in. The day arrived, Caleb, Denny, Jose, and Jasper pulled up and went to work! Quickly they had a BRAND-NEW system in place! They fabricated material as needed, they used drop clothes, made ZERO mistakes, they went above and beyond. They took great pride/care in everything. I believe it was Denny, who got on his hands and knees' picking up the tiniest specs of trash!
After it was all said and done, the crew loaded up and headed back to Pampa. Caleb stayed behind and went over everything regarding the new unit. He told me the owners were coming down to Amarillo and wanted to meet us. When the owners; Jimmy and Amy Channery arrived they greeted me as if they had known me for years. We talked, we shared stories of tragedy, hope and inspiration. As we were saying our goodbyes, Jimmy kindly asked if he could pray with me. As the four of us stood in my front yard on a chilly November night, Jimmy took it to the throne on behalf of me, my wife and family with words that came straight from his heart. No hidden agenda, just the true pure love of a Christian man and Christian woman giving the life breath of hope which is our Lord Jesus Christ.
I can go on and on about Hall Heating & Air. Seriously, I have so much more to say but I think you got the picture. No matter what the need, from heating to the AC, from a simple service call to an extreme makeover they’ve got you covered all the way without hidden little ticks that will pop up and bite you when you least expect it. Hall Heating & Air is honest, dependable, reliable and warriors of the faith with a mission to do the right thing each and every day. What more could you ask for?
