Climate Express has great people. We've used them for several AC and Furnace calls over the years, as well as an outdoor plumbing issue we had. They are who I recommend whenever any friends or neighbors are in need of service. Great local New Braunfels company!

Climate Express installed our new system 3 years ago and it's been nothing but great service since. Today I called them in the morning for a regular maintenance appointment and they were here the same afternoon. Our technician Stephen explained what he was doing and what he found so that we could understand. Overall, a reliable company with reasonable pricing.

I’ve use the company on a few different occasions now and every time has been exactly what I expected. Fast, efficient, and very easy to work with! I will definitely use them again!

Fast friendly and comes asap even in summer when everyone was booked. Now they come 2x year to check system with not making me buy things each visit. Happy with repairs fixed fan and thermostat when it was over 100 degrees outside and receptionist helpful too!

Arrived before estimated time on weekend. Quickly identified the problem and implemented a temporary solution and scheduled follow up visit to resolve the issue. Very polite and professional.

Stephen was our service technician and he was very thorough and very professional. He installed a float switch for us in a timely manner and changed our filter and gave us a whole assessment of our HVAC system. This is the second time we signed up for a twice yearly visit agreement which we value very much and it’s not that expensive. Would recommend this company to anyone nice good looking service trucks and the employees are very nice.

Called at 9:05 pm they were here out in the country by 10:05 pm and AC fixed and they left at 11:05 pm amazing service and everytime! So consistent

We've been using Climate Express since moving into our home in 2021. They have repaired and replaced portions of our older units and even added an entire HVAC system in our pool house. Emily in sales was wonderful to work while assisting us chose new units. Everyone at Climate Express has been very professional, and their pricing is fair. Stephen Loewen came to our home one Sunday on emergency when our A/C went out. He had us up and running quickly. Stephen performed our fall maintenance checks this year and was able to find and repair and issue that would have been a problem for us when we needed our heater during this last cold snap. We've been pleased with Climate Express and would definitely recommend to anyone needed HVAC services.
