Climate Express Heating & Air LLC

Climate Express has been out to my house twice for two separate issues. Each time They are always capable of getting me an appointment in a timely manner, honest, professional, and reasonably priced. The service team is knowledgeable and has done fantastic work at my home. I trust Climate Express with my heating and A/C needs as should you.

They showed up prior to the planned arrival time and they were over $400 less than the competition for the same thing. They were out there for a little while performing the service but were extremely friendly and it was amazing to have such a wonderful company come out.

They contact me to schedule an appointment in a timely fashion. The service tech checked my gas furnace for my yearly check. Tech guy was very professional and knowledgeable. I got a follow up phone call to make sure all was working properly. Not many businesses do that. They do gas and electric heating/chilling systems and some plumbing.

Very Professional... I have had several repairs in my home and with every issue I have had, they come out immediately and take care of the problem. They warranty their work is a big plus for me.

I used this service for the first time at the beginning of winter 2020. I was very impressed with the initial contact with this service. They always answer the phone, promptly all return phone calls and are very courteous. (Very impressive these days!!) The tech was very professional, polite and competent. The tech also gave additional information about central heat functions and safety. Will definitely use this service again.
