Called about 12pm and they were able to see me same day about 2:30pm. They were quick and got the air back on fast. Will definitely use this company going forward. Technicians answered any questions I had, fixed my AC and serviced it. Wonderful crew and company.

Excellent service, friendly and answered all my questions Re repairs. Technical was Stephen- but know you have two - Stephen first in last name alphabet. Hope you know which I mean. Lol

All three Technicians that visited my home were professional and knowledgeable. My repair was through my home warranty and they went above and beyond to ensure things were completed accurately and as quick as possible—including taking pictures for reference. I’ve had some bad experiences with home warranty contractors but Climate Express treated me like a priority and knew the urgency to get AC fixed; Thank you! I also had them perform my furnace maintenance, their prices are reasonable and their expertise and professionalism makes them above the rest.

We have an old unit that just isn't keeping up with this Texas heat. The office staff was very helpful when we called and got us scheduled right away. When the guys arrived, they were very professional and knowledgeable. From dispatch to onsite 10 out of 10 stars. We will be using them for any AC/Heating needs in the future.

Jonathan and Zack (trainee) came out to the house for my annual plumbing check and to repair an outdoor faucet I'd been having trouble with since the February "Big Freeze." I had a great experience with these two guys. I had lots of questions and Jonathan had all the answers. I've been with Climate Express for my heating/AC and plumbing inspections and repairs for two or three years and they haven't ever disappointed. Prices are fair, work is professional, and the folks are friendly and personable. Sarah (Support) was very pleasant and responsive...I called on Thursday afternoon and they were here the next morning, and it wasn't even an emergency! I strongly recommend Climate Express!

Stephen Loewen was friendly and worked quickly to solve the problem - plus he was nice to my dogs who demanded a bit of attention at times. Lol. The price was affordable, and I will be using this business again.

Great service and very prompt. We were introduced to climate express through our home warranty company and thought we would give them a call for a plumbing concern we had. We received same day service which was amazing. Plumber was quick with fixing the issue and prices are pretty affordable. Highly recommend!
