I cannot express how grateful we are for the quality service we experienced today. Technician Stephen came out to save the day! We literally called in the afternoon and had an immediate response to our AC being out. We have tenants moving in tomorrow and they literally saved us!

Climate Express makes it easy to be a repeat customer, their customer service is exceptional! When I called the office to ask about the technician arrival time, they were able to tell me how many minutes away they were. Technician was thorough on the inspection and explained everything in detail. Definitely recommend for all your HVAC needs!

The Climate Express schedulers are great and our tech Stephen Loewen is just wonderful. Knowledgeable, explains issues clearly, prompt, and great with our dog. Bonus! 👍 Highly recommend.

Stephen was their main representative, ask for him as he was very courteous and friendly. In fact, all their staff was friendly and responsive. I just had a small job for them but they were more than ready to help out my situation, unlike the many others I had tried to get to do my small job. I will be building a full house in two years and plan to use them again. I totally recommend them to everyone who has a need for their type of service.

Hot Dog days of summer... the temperature has been over 100 degrees for over 30 days plus. My A/C unit went out on me on one of those hot days. Anytime is a bad time but that day was the worst. Call another a/c company to come out and give me a estimate/quote. They talk to me but left nothing in writing. (Left me quessing) When Climate Express came over I was given an estimate and a quote with three different choices and they offered us portable A/C units until they could get my new unit installed.

Emergency call on Sunday for heating repairs and Daniel arrived within the hour. Made the repairs and then checked a/c as well. Found a major problem that could have been catastrophic, causing a fire! Set up the repair and had Emily stop by within the hour. Went step by step over the repair choices then scheduled the install for two days out. Wonderful people to work with and quick to respond. Highly recommend!
