These guys are great!! I’m a home inspector and refer them to a lot of my clients. Every time I follow up on an issue the client is very happy. I also used Climate Express on my personal home on a very difficult AC issue that they were able to fix without me buying a new AC, That’s money saved!!!

Great company and service! They were responsive, available short notice, professional, affordable, and work was completed well and in a timely manner! Highly recommend! They replaced a PRV that was failing and effecting our water pressure.

They actually saved my life. This was the second time AHS had sent them out. Based on the first time, I informed AHS that I wanted no one else but Climate Express, if I had a problem...this time, my heating was not working. Again, Stephen came out, found the problem and discovered that my vent had been held on with duct tape!! It had came loose and if he had not spotted it, when the heat was fixed, it would have filled the house with carbon monoxide...so literally, his professionalism and caring, saved my life. There will never be another company for me. They are so friendly, caring and it is like having friends you look forward to seeing, when you have a problem. 5 Stars does not get it...there are not enough stars that I could use that would describe how I feel about this company..they have it all. Caring, professional and really respectful!!

CEHS has been fantastic over the last couple of years I have been using them. The owners are great folks and their staff have always been courteous, knowledgeable, responsive... I could go on and on. I would recommend Climate Express to anyone that needs heating or plumbing work done.

We woke up to no heat and was assigned Climate Express through our home warranty service. They came out SAME DAY which is virtually unheard of in our experiences with other companies. Climate Express was punctual, professional, and found out the problem was a bad thermostat within minutes! They had the part on the truck so it was repaired immediately! GREAT JOB!

I had another company install a new AC system in my house. They left me with a hole in my ceiling larger than the vent and a unit that the closet it fit in had to have the door removed for it to fit! So it was unsightly and loud. Climate Express came in behind them and fixed the issues and I will never go anywhere else!

We are so pleased with Climate Express in New Braunfels. To solve the problem of the upstairs being too hot even though the unit would run and run, they suggested a second thermostat. BEST decision EVER! They routed the ducts to the upstairs rooms to a new upstairs thermostat and the ducts to the downstairs rooms are now on the downstairs thermostat. From the first phone call every person was friendly and helpful. Bob came out and did the job quickly, leaving clean floors when he was finished. I called them a second time and they responded right away. We are very happy we found them.
