What's not to love about this place? I've had other companies work on my AC unit in the past, but none of the service compares to One Hour. They were super fast and thorough. The lady who answers the phone at the office was also extremely helpful and courteous. I would suggest this business to anyone having troubles with their heating or cooling system.

Called in the morning at 8am they came out did a quote believe his name was Jim very nice and professional. By about 1:30pm they were here installing my new ac system. Very pleased.

We bought a new ac/furnace from them 5 years ago. The ac compressor suddenly went out on a weekend. A technician was available within a couple hours to identify the problem but was unable to fix it immediately. The next morning he called as stated he would with all the details of our warranty and replacing the outside unit which they thankfully had in stock. We were able to have cool air again before the end of the day. Thank you for the speedy response in fixing our issue and taking care of all of the warranty details.

Had them come out to check my ac. Paid the service fee. They said they checked everything and all was fine except needed to replace filter. I did that but the ac still didn't cool. At that point I thought it must be because it was reaching close to 110⁰ outside. Well, now that we've seen a few days go into the 70s and we still can't get it to work I had my husband and son go on the roof to check it out. They said you the compressor isn't even turning on and you can see where freon has been leaking. I called back to this company, hoping they'd come out to fix their mistake (since it's clear they didn't actually look at it before). In order to have them come back out to check the ac that they obviously didn't actually check in the first place they want to charge me ANOTHER service fee. $85 down the drain.

If I'm paying another service fee then I'm having someone come out whose actually competent, not these people again. Save yourself the trouble.

I called this company because my AC unit was leaking water. After being several hours later than the time I was told, the technician made the situation even worse. The tech asked me what the issue was and never looked at our unit (which is less than 5 years old) before telling me I needed a pull and clean which is a $900 job, and it would take 3-4 hours. Then, he proceeded to blame me for him not being able to do anything about it now, because I didn't request this when I called their office earlier. I explained that what I told him is exactly what I told the person at the office. I asked if he was sure of the problem, because he hasn't even looked at my unit. He said he didn't need to, that he already knew. He then told me he would schedule me two days later for that procedure. Fortunately I received some other opinions afterward, and (surprise, surprise), he was wrong. It turns out it was simply the drain lines being clogged and it took only a few minutes to fix. Con artists here folks, I would avoid this place 100%.
In addition, their office does not care. I called the office and received a lukewarm apology and an offer to send a different technician. I also sent an email detailing this experience, but no response.

I have used this company to purchase our new air/heat unit several years ago and they were great until this last visit when they told us the coil needed to be replaced several weeks ago. Finally the part came in and they replaced it (didn’t charge for the coil under my monthly plan I do with them) so just for the service call to replace it was $559 which we were never told about until after they replaced it. Called the office and didn’t get anything resolved with them. I will never use them again and will cancel my monthly service contract I have been doing with them for 4 years. Bad customer service they made me so mad I even cussed at them which I hate doing.

I've used this service for several years now. The service guys that come out are always professional, very knowledgable, and good at explaining the work that is being done and suggestions as to what should be done to prevent any problems. I like the service and will continue to use them.
