Kelly Scott One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating

My technician was Christopher and he took the time to really explain what was going on with a brand new unit only installed 2 years ago. I purchased from them and didn’t understand why I was having problems in a two year period and parts were covered under warranty ONLY if you’re a club member. I was a club member for two years. Then saw it has a waste of money and cancelled in a February. But maintenance wasn’t done for a year even though it was paid for and then part breaks. Not happy with practical aspects of this business. Not happy with quality of brand new ac I’m still paying on either. Nor how tech wasn’t able to help with reducing the price of the bill. Give your techs some ability to help satisfy customers especially someone who was a club member for two years. I was told to call the office and see if they could offer discount any option.

First time using the company. Such a good experience! Very professional and knowledgeable.
Got my heater up and running in no time. Explained what needs to fixed in the future and explained the club membership with no pressure to sign up. I did sign up so I can get a discount and so they’ll call me for routine maintenance. Very pleasant experience! Highly recommend!

My technician is Russell M. Genuinely nice man. I found him to be knowledge about his service work and excellent with explaining everything concerning his home visit. Great people person. So, I would like to make a request that he comes back to me all the time for any type of service or maintenance that I may need for my home.

Excellent service, and Darren took the time to educate us on the specific problem and explain the technical solution required to keep everything in proper working condition. Very friendly, and would welcome him back into our home for the next service event.

Air Express technician, Bobbie Sonier, did an excellent job of checking my heating unit for the season. He was very polite and explained his recommendations thoroughly for the upgrading of my old vent system. I will recommend him for all one's A/C service needs.

He was able to answer any of my questions as well as give me additional information regarding the status of my hvac unit. I am very pleased with the service he provided today!
