Roughly 18 Years ago, lightning struck our previous home. It came down the chimney into some rebar in the slab, busting some of the tiles around the fireplace and sending them flying across the room. Flying debris covered all of us. It also ran into our A/C’s motherboard. I called Kelly Scott and they came out quickly and repaired it.

Since then, every time anything happens to my climate control system, I call them and then fix it.

Great company to deal with. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with seemed to be concerned. One day,’recently, I had a problem with the larger unit. They came out, diagnosed the problem and had it cooling again in just a few minutes.

I’ll always call them first, whenever possible, because they’ve earned it!

This technician knew the equipment he was checking. He expertly interacted with me as he examined the unit,and answered my questions about how efficient and affordable my system is compared to the old space heaters . While finishing up he explained radiant heat and convection heat in comparision to my centeral heat. This technician was very polite and not annoyed by my questions. Thank you Darren Parker.

I called late Friday afternoon with my heater not working. Bobby showed up within an hour and figured out what was wrong. He not only explained it to me so I understood but showed me on my unit what wasn't working. He took the time to answer all my questions until I completely understood what was going on.

The employee did nothing but smoke while on our property. Did everything he could to push the monthly subscription on me. It was honestly every other word outnof his mouth explaining the monthly sub. We ended up not replacing our air con with the company because they qouted us 12000 to 16000. We later found out from 3 other companys that the manufacturer of our unit in the attic actually makes a converter for the unit to use the new coolant type they are switching everything to. So for 4000 we got a new 4 ton unit out side the converter for the unit in the attic. And it was all done in under an hour. But the biggest reason I went with the other company was when I called to complain about what had happen I was treated like it was my fault. And like I was lying about him smoking in my yard. "I have two special needs kids who will pick up the buts and stick them in their mouths. Both are severe autistic"

The whole situation felt more like a used care salesman than any thing.
