The Tech came out and we thought it was just a corroded connection, an easy fix. The next day when the problem showed up again he came back and replaced the capacitor. I appreciated that he tried the least expensive fix instead of jumping in with the most expensive option. I have used One Hour for years and have never been disappointed or felt ripped off and recommended them to my friends when they need a dependable A/C service.

Tech arrived on time. He had a procedure established and performed what appeared to be a complete and thorough inspection of our heating system. Don't expect any problems with our heating this winter.

One Hour is a great service! They are quick and responsive -and the techs are friendly and efficient.(Kyle is amazing) We have used them for over 12 years. Great company. They also offer an excellent monthly warranty/service plan that has saved us a lot of money.
