I live out of state and own a rental property near Baton Rouge. My system in that home went down and it’s hard to know who to trust when you are not there to interact face to face. The reviews don’t lie! I am very glad I called One Hour in Baton Rouge because our technician, Michael M, was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the issue promptly and went above and beyond to resolve the issue as quick as possible.

Mr. Leslie was great! This is his second time coming to service my AC and it was just as good if not better than the first. He was on time, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. Simply said, Mr. Leslie is the best and I’ll be requesting him for all services!

I can’t express how happy I am with the services I received. Cody was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly reviewed the issue I was having and explained how the issue could be resolved in detail. He is passionate about what he does and it shows. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs services. Cody is THE BEST!!!

Probably goes without saying, but yes, on time! Nothing like your AC not working on a summer day in Louisiana, and a holiday at that. Bobby did a great job not only finding out what the issue was, but took the time to explain each step of the process giving me options all along the way. Never felt pressured to purchase anything that wasn’t needed. Great guy who really knows what he’s talking about, I highly recommend!

My tech was Brandon. Very knowledgeable, explained everything before servicing my unit…issues/pricing/recommendations. He even followed up with a call the next day to ensure my issue was still fixed and we were satisfied.

Kevin was a phenomenal service technician! Prompt, professional, friendly, and great at his job.
Diagnosed the problem (capacitor) within minutes.
Had me back up and running within half an hour.
He gave helpful advice for preventative maintenance for the future.

I called at 8 AM and Cody arrived at 12:30. He took his time to figure out what was going on. Very polite and professional. He made sure all of my units were working properly before he left. Would highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air!

I recommend going with almost anybody else if you don't want to overpay for services. I had the "Comfort Club" membership that I recently cancelled because it's not a deal at all. They recommended a hard starter on the AC and while I knew what that was, they called it something else and charged 10x the amount that Amazon has for the exact same part, ~$375 with One Hour(with the comfort club "discount"), ~$35 on Amazon.
That is just the price they charged for the part. They charged the same price to add a little R-410A as well.
I hate that I allowed them to do the work and let them take my money before doing my own price-checking on the part.

The technicians are super friendly, though, as they screw you over with price. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

Called for an appt around 4 in the evening on a Saturday. Was given a time slot of 6pm -9pm. Was called back before 5 that Jason was on the way. Jason is very thorough and very professional. He explained and showed me my options and pricing before any work was done. He was honest and trustworthy. I signed up for the yearly maintenance service as well. I would definitely recommend this company and ask for Jason Mallet if you can.
