    Had an emergency over the weekend. Warren responded from Brandon's team within an hour after calling. He explained everything before making any changes so we would understand what we were being charged for. We are switching our service over to Brandon's because of Warren's attitude, thoughtfulness, and professionalism.

    Great company, honest and reliable. We use them twice a year for winter and summer maintenance checks on our two systems. The techs are always honest, professional and courteous. The office staff is great too, always helpful and friendly, I recommend this company to anyone.

    I'm extremely frustrated and embarrassed to have to write this review. When we needed a new A/C, Brandon's came out and did a wonderful job. So, when my parents moved down here and needed a new unit, of course we recommended Brandon's. It turns out their experience has been polar opposite. It starts with being up-sold a unit that is not designed for their house, followed by a maintenance contract where things like clogged pipes were ignored, and finally turned into the need to buy yet another new A/C unit only three years after buying the one Brandon's recommended. I am appalled at the amount of money in electrical and new HVAC expenses my parents now have to spend due to Brandon's shoddy work and incompetence. Needless to say I will not make the mistake of recommending this company to people I care about in the future. Clearly something has gone terribly wrong and their quality has dropped dramatically.

    I used Brandons Air because they sponsor our Marauder football team, last time they were good. This time, No, they hit me for $75 service call, then wanted $130 to find the leak and $130 for R22 Freon which my unit doesn't take, the technician made me feel like he was trying to get a lot of money from me. I was looking at $800-$900, fixed for $350. I wont use them ever or refer them ever, not good.

    Nathan was my tech today. He was very polite and well spoken. He did my spring a/c start up and to my knowledge did a very good job. I would recommend him and Brandon’s a/c for your needs.

    Great company and people. They told me they would do their best to get out same day but couldn’t promise. Nathan came out and fixed my A/C problem same day! They are honest people and will shoot you straight. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Great service, they came the day I called and it was on one of the hottest days of the year. They got my new A/C up and running the next day (again while it was 100+ outside). The new A/C is brisk and crisp. It's invigorating and I welcome it like a long lost friend. The only thing that Brandons could do better is get rid of the service fee they charge for coming out to take a look (If you buy a new A/C, get rid of the service fee).

    This is a very sincere review because I'm too busy to take time for these silly things...but Brandon EARNED this review. I have used this company for over 20 years. Nope, no relatives, just luck of the draw. But time and again they simply prove to me that they ACTUALLY GIVE A DARN about their customers and the business we give them!! We contract with Brandon for regular annual maintenance to make sure we don't have any 'surprises'. This week I noticed that the system was not able to cool us below 78 degrees even though we were calling for 76. This was during the hot part of the day...at night we are fine. Bottom line, I needed to change a filter in the upstairs unit and I'm not familiar with where the filter went and am not as nimble as I used to be. They kept trying to get a service tech to just stop by and put it in for me, but their workload has been nuts...I get that. So today, I whined to Jason at the office that I could not figure out the filter issue and he said no problem...I'll run by in a bit. WHO DOES THAT???!! An hour later, Jason knocks on the door, looks at the thermostat, runs upstairs and puts in the filter for me but also checks the system that seemed to be under-performing (we have two units for up and downstairs). He discovers that the downstairs unit was low on coolant...goes to his truck...and adds what was needed. Then he checked the coil and found it to be suspect. He called the office, confirmed that we were still under our 10 Year Warranty, and ordered the part. This is an example of the type of people who work at Brandon's! They appreciate our business and go the extra mile whenever possible. It was a HOT, STICKY, FRIDAY afternoon...I would have gone to the pool or the closest bar, but Jason took care of a cranky customer!! This is why I will continue to do business with Brandon's. May not be the cheapest, but nobody can match the VALUE they give AFTER THE SALE! THANKS!!

    These are the good guys of the AC business! Their communication and work is straight forward without the hassle. When my old AC unit decided to kick the bucket during a 100 degree summer heatwave we called Brandon's Comfort Specialists. I was able to replace the unit at an affordable price. With their maintenance services, I don't have to worry about the unit and that provides peace of mind.
