Airview AC

After noticing a problem with our downstairs heating unit, we called a company we had used in the past. We found out we would need to replace the system. After getting an estimate from them of what that would cost ($$$$), we wanted a second opinion. We contacted Airview after receiving a high recommendation for them from a friend. In just a few hours, a technician (Eric) was at our home. He was so knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what they could do to make improvements and made us aware of rebates that were available (which the other company did not do). He gave us estimates of different system options. We were able to upgrade/replace both the upstairs and downstairs units for nearly the cost of what the other company wanted for one unit. We were completely at ease with our decision to go with Airview. The next morning they were at our home installing the first unit. Their employees were courteous and professional and left no messes at the end of the day. The next morning they were back to install the second unit. At the end of each day, Clayton showed us what they did and answered any questions we had. Our experience with Airview was seamless from start to finish. There were No cost surprises at the end. Unlike the first company, no deposit was required before work began. We paid them when the work was done.
No regrets with our decision to go with Airview. We feel they went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend them. If you are in need, don’t hesitate to give them a call.

The tech was very fast in fixing our issue, but the thing I most appreciated was that he took a few extra minutes to answer my questions. He was thorough and I never felt rushed. They came out quick when our AC quit during the hottest day this year! The technician Will was pleasant and courteous and explained everything. Once he had us back up and running he stayed for a bit to make sure it was working properly before he left. The cost was more than reasonable and service was outstanding. I highly recommend them.
