AC unit chose a hot day to quit working on a 100 degree day. I called the company, after reviewing their reviews, at 9 PM. Technician was on his way by 9:16 and had AC working by 10 PM. William (technician) was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The lady that I talked with on the phone was very courteous and friendly. The business completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Eric has been clear and concise on the estimates and work schedule. They have their own Crew who came as planned and did their work on time. AC is working fine with no major issues till now but will keep testing it further.. Overall, quite satisfied with their work and professionalism including scheduling and minor additional requests added in the contracts. Keep up the good work !!!

Super disappointed in their service. The technician showed up and was acting super weird. Then he sat by the conditioner outside on his phone, I guess trying to take a break, or "diagnosing." Which is fine, but after a while I had to go outside and get him moving to the part I actually needed fixed which was inside, in the furnace. At that point he sat around again for another 15 minutes on his phone. Keep in mind I am just sitting around this empty house waiting for him to finish. They charged me $89 for a diagnoses that I gave them on the phone. When I asked the lady on the phone if that could be waived because I knew the problem, she said no, and not to worry because they'll do a full inspection of my system. Which I was fine with because it's an old system and a new house so it would've been nice to know. Then the guy left without saying much of anything, I asked if anything was wrong and he said "nope, just the ignitor" then in the email invoice he wrote a list of problems with the system that he never told me about. All in all super lazy service.

Our 17-year old downstairs HVAC unit needed replacement. Airview came recommended from neighbors on our Facebook HOA page. We received 3 bids and Airview came in well below the others, and with a superior solution that included dual electric/natural gas option with the addition of a Heat Pump, controllable via the thermostat. Installation took a full day which included installation of additional ductwork. All the workers were very polite and professional and were very thoughtful on how they installed the new furnace and outdoor unit. Much more elegant and easy to maintain and service. Very pleased with the quality of their work and I would highly recommend Airview for any HVAC project or maintenance.

Technician did a very thorough job and very helpful. The representative who scheduled appointment is very courteous and helpful. Airview scheduled me right away to fix HVAV unit for closing. I appreciate their professionalism and customer service!

Brett did a great job fixing my AC thermostat. He is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend asking for him if you need a repair or installation done

As the temperature outside began dropping, it was time to turn on the heating system in our home. After having the system on for a few hours, we realized something was wrong. We called a company out and after inspecting the unit, they gave their initial quote on the work needing to be done. It would be four days for parts to arrive and a few additional days to schedule the service.

I wanted a second opinion/ quote, so I decided to give Airview AC a call. Best decision I could have made! They showed up the same day to provide the second opinion we were needing. There was no need to wait for parts to be ordered or a week to get on the schedule. They would be able to have their work crew out to get the job done the very next day.

Mario and his crew showed up on time and were incredibly thorough. By mid-day, we finally had heat in our home!! After all of the installation, they crew ensured to clean up every area of the house they were in so there was no trash or dirt left in the house. Would absolutely recommend using Airview AC to anyone! Huge thanks to Eric Ortega, service manager, and Mario and his crew!

This company is excellent. I trust them. I am contacted when it is time for them to do maintenance and an appointment is scheduled. I don’t have to worry about the heating and cooling systems. The service representatives they send are professional, knowledgeable and kind/considerate. Everything is explained as to what was done/observed. Eric was my maintenance person this time and he was very thorough. I appreciate this company and the representatives that come here to check my system. Thank you

Airview did everything right. The are extremely professional and I would recommend them to my family and neighbors. We are so lucky to have them in Fairview and especially Heritage Ranch. They replaced my existing units and the price was better than my other Bids.
