Airview AC of Anna

Met with quite a few of the team members I’ve liked every single one of them from Trevor to Ernesto and Nelson and back up to Eric and the lady’s in the office were wonderful (Monica and one more that I can’t remember...sorry)!

They never recommended to repair something by guessing. They made certain what the issue was and they will make your AC blow cold. I like to keep ours at 68 so they tested before they left that it would easily drop to 64 (to make sure we were all good.)

And they warranty their work. Thank Airview! Right in time before our first 100 degree day.

OH MY GOSH! I am so glad i found them on BBB web site. I have not seen this kind of honesty, service and reliability in a long time. YOU MUST USE THIS COMPANY. I went for 4 total quotes to replace 2 AC and 1 Heater. I grew up in Columbus, Ohio with Trane, so this brand was a must for me. Trane web site gives a range for replacement. This was the only company to come in at that manufacture's range. All the others were AT LEAST 4000.00 higher. They said the web site was outdated. I got that queezy feeling i was being lied to by the other companies. After installation, i had trouble with the high tech thermostats. They came back out and help me with them and offer to replace them with lower tech units if i wanted. Right now, after their training, i am goint to try for another 2 weeks. They said if i want them replaced, there is no charge of anykind. Its covered under warranty. WOW, talk about Service. PS I am getting nothing in return for this review. Janet Pitts

Brett was Great ! I shared with him the problem that I was having, he took his time, he didn’t seem flustered at all . He ran a few diagnostics, found the problem and corrected it . This was no less than I would have expected from a good technician. Brett is the best ! I am now a repeat customer if every I have any other issues.

Sent a text to let me know the tech was on his way. Had great communication and very responsive I set up the appointment Friday 7/9/21 and they got to me Monday 7/12/21

Excellent customer service! I had two systems replaced, including all of the ductwork. The entire process went very smooth. Would highly recommend.
