We have numerous rentals which they maintain and have always done a great job of keeping on top of things. They keep records from year to year so we can reference back if there are questions. When we have a problem with any of our units they are very responsive in getting a tech scheduled. Office people are also a pleasure to work with. All in all I highly recommend.

Our HVAC was leaking some water so my wife and I called Brandon's Comfort Specialists. We discovered this unfortunate issue late in the evening but were extremely grateful with the responsiveness of their team.
Nate was on site within 20min and helped repair the leak. He was professional, kind, and explained the work he was doing. The owner also called to make sure our ticket was taken care of and that our house was OK. That's amazing customer service. Within the hour our issue was resolved.

Brandon’s came highly recommended by a close friend a while back but I hadn’t had the need to call before now. I’d called probably 7 other companies before I remembered Brandon’s. I have to say this is one of the most friendly, knowledgeable, and professional HVAC companies I’ve come across in a LONG time. They genuinely want to do right by you, and aren’t just concerned about making another quick dollar. Our a/c had completely stopped working. Nathan was absolutely fantastic, and seemed more than happy to come out even after hours to make sure that our a/c was working properly. He understood and showed compassion for our family’s situation and concerns. He was very thorough during the diagnostics and detailed in his explanations, showing us parts, explaining the functionality of different components, and why it was failing. He took care of what needed to be done after speaking to us about the options, and stayed to make sure it was actually cooling off before leaving. I’ll be recommending these guys to anyone I come across with any a/c issues, and will definitely be contacting them for any of my own needs in the future. From the office, to the techs, to the owners, they all seem to be great people and have a great business model. Brandon’s air and especially Nathan their technician have been fantastic! I have used other AC companies and I didn’t trust their diagnosis. When I have received a second opinion from Brandon’s they have saved me money because the other AC companies have either been unethical or just flat out wrong. When Nate finds the problem he explains why his diagnosis is correct and in language I understand. He and Bill the owner have helped me find ways to save money and don’t push useless and expensive fixes I don’t need. I have been part of their maintenance program for years which is a major cost savings to me. I highly recommend Brandon’s Air as a company you can trust in an industry with very questionable companies.

UPDATE - Bill connected with me and explained how their billing and pricing systems work. After the discussion, he agreed that the system re-charge should have been included in the check-up cost and that it was clearly a training issue that he would take care of. He refunded the cost of the freon. I was very happy with his communication and his service-minded philosophy. I will continue to do business with Bill and Brandon's. - Had Brandon's install a new system a few years back. They did a good job, were a little overpriced but I was happy with their professionalism and their work so I didn't worry about it. Had them come out over the years for standard maintenance and all was good. Today, had them come out to do a check-up on both systems, the one from them, and an older system that they did not install. The older system needed some R410a and after a talk with Bill they said they could charge the system if I signed that I rejected their advice to do a leak search. The tech (who was very nice and professional) put in 2 lbs of R410a and proclaimed the system good to go. He came in with the bill and I was floored. They charged $135 for the first lb of freon and $85 for the second. Their cost-basis is ~$6/lb. they charged $99 each for the inspection so my bill for the 1 hour call was $413. Looking for another AC service in McKinney...
