Nathan came out within 90 minutes of my call after I had called the previous installer, who installed my system 7 months ago, and after 10 days would still not keep his word!Brandon's hit it out of the park for me! Just needed a couple of pounds of freon because my system was undercharged and now that AC blows out 51°!

Brandon's installed a new American Standard HVAC, replacing a 26 year old system. Their technicians were clean, prompt and hard-working in the Texas summer heat. To sum: trustworthy. Prices were on par with other reputable installers, but their professionalism was superior. btw: the new system ROCKS! 5-Stars ✯✯✯✯✯

Furnace died last night - house 62 degrees, called Brandon this morning, immediate response by Tech JOSEPH ROSS- furnace did in fact die - new furnace will be installed TODAY!!!
THAT is fact service - Brandon's Tech JOSEPH ROSS is very knowledgeable and thorough, well mannered and courteous. Brandon does well to keep him in their employ.

We have used Brandon's for many years for heating and air replacements or repairs. They are very kind and professional, usually timely (although this last time they were late) and helpful as to what is really needed with cost considerations.

If there were ten stars I would give them! The second this company found out we needed a new HVAC with a newborn at home, the owners took personal responsibility in making it happen within 7-8 hours of our initial phone call. This is THE company you can trust! They get the human side of going through an HVAC replacement and you know you are not getting taken advantage of while in a vulnerable spot. They install the best equipment at extremely competitive pricing and will give you what YOU need, not what THEY want.

Due to an unfortunate misunderstanding and heated conversation, I posted comments about and to Brandon's A/C that was not very complementary, to say the least. Since the posts, we have resolved our issues. So if you see any negative posts out there regarding Brandon's A/C, please keep in mind they are genuinely conscious of their reputation and will do whatever is necessary to resolve any issues and maintain a good reputation.

I have had good luck with Brandon's. They installed two Trane XL20i air conditioners, two Trane Clean Effects units, two Comfortlink II thermostats (XL950), and two XC80 gas heat units in my house about three years ago and they have been very helpful all the way around. Jason talked me out of the more-expensive XC95 furnace, explaining that the difference in efficiency would never make up the difference in price. I really appreciate being talked into spending less money.

I would not recommend that anyone purchase the Comfortlink XL950 thermostat. Those things are terrible. The XL20i, Clean Effects, and the XC80 are all functioning flawlessly.

I keep the maintenance plan on the systems so I know that they are in perfect operation and maintained properly. The technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
